'Magnificent, it lacks a real salad bowl in the collection, much deeper than those sold at 11 cm deep.'

"The contents of the basket were poor quality. The glasses are so small you can't use them. The print on the plates was faded. The napkins just a thin offcut of material. Basket itself was decent, but everything inside it was very disappointing. Even the basket lining was poor quality."The contents of the basket...

I paid 10 euros for 24-hour shipping and despite having placed the order on May 11th at 10:38 AM, the order did not arrive until Friday, May 13th. I should have paid for the normal shipping of 48 to 72 hours. Otherwise, everything else was very good.

Very nice basket, just as it appears. The transport was not done in two days as contracted and paid for.

The product was lost because the address was said to be incomplete. I had to go to the courier company. Their system had broken down and they couldn't find it. I had to go back and in the end it appeared. Although the box was damaged, the product inside was perfect.

I received the order today, December 15th. The five gourmet baskets included in the order are stained and have grease residues since some of the products, specifically a buffalo terrine and a small package of a type of chocolate cookies, were broken and spilled all over the packaging, causing a large part of the items to spoil. I think the original packaging could have been significantly improved, so I am disappointed.

Everything is quite correct; however, the shipping box could have been nicer and less ordinary.
