Response from Les Jardins de la Comtesse
Hello Madam, Thank you for your feedback. We try to ensure that our photos are as close to reality as possible. We offer several photos from different angles as well as photos where our products are set in an ambiance with natural light. Melamine is a very shiny material. The more light there is, the more vivid the colors are. We hope that your opinion will evolve with the arrival of the beautiful days. Best regards, The Gardens of the Countess

Beautiful quality basket as well as its contents (plates and cutlery). Can't wait to take it on a picnic and enjoy it. I recommend.

Delivery a bit complicated, the delivery people no longer ring the doorbell, they only contact you by phone and the package that should have arrived before Christmas arrived last week

'I just gave the navy blue picnic backpack to my husband for Christmas, he is delighted! He finds it beautiful, elegant, and practical! Despite the bad weather, we will try it this week in the Fontainebleau forest... He had been looking for this type of bag for a long time, so you can imagine the great joy of receiving it.'

The blanket arrived with significantly longer delivery time than the picnic basket. It was a gift that I ordered on behalf of a friend for my daughter's wedding. Now we have noticed that I did not receive the ordered blanket. Instead of navy blue stripes, it has black stripes and does not match the basket.
