The product is nice, beautiful,,,, but the delivery service by Mondial Relay is annoying, not professional and therefore it affects the product and the company that sells it. You should review your delivery services,,, give the option with the post office for example. Mondial is not a carrier,,,, so it's a missed opportunity

The basket was delivered with a snag.
The rest of the items were fine.
However, the return is a bit annoying because we have to return it by post and not by Mondial Relay as at receipt. Which is more convenient for me.
Customer Service is responsive.

The five gourmet baskets included in the order are stained and have grease residues since some of the products, specifically a buffalo terrine and a small package of a type of chocolate cookies, were broken and spilled all over the packaging, causing a large part of the items to spoil.
