I would have preferred more refined glasses with a thinner rim and especially not cloudy. I had to wash the glasses before giving the gift. A bit of a shame for the prestige of the brand and its history. A bit disappointed by the quality of the content.

Good product packaged roughly in a single box and bubbles. I had specified to my interlocutor on the phone that it was 2 separate wedding gifts. The tray could have had separate packaging or a cardboard pouch.

Very nice product. But disappointed because of a very bad surprise when I gave it as a gift... a piece of wicker had pierced the insulated part, damaging the plastic!!!! My friends kept it as they found it too complicated to return. As for me, I was very upset to have given this defective basket.

No advert indication to suggest that you would need to pay import duty before delivery as a result of which the product arrived about 10days later than the planned delivery for a birthday gift. The product is substandard and I speculate it is made in China - the handle detached on its first use!!!

Order received on time, but the quality of the wicker is very mediocre: it was already cracked in several places upon receipt. An email was sent with supporting photos within 24 hours of delivery, with no response to date. It is also impossible to reach them by phone to arrange a return. Non-existent after-sales service. I strongly advise against this purchase.
