I am very satisfied with my order, it is really very beautiful items! One star less due to the long waiting time. I had to write an extra email to the company and ask when the delivery would come. Apparently, something was overlooked. But otherwise really very satisfied and I would gladly shop again in the future!!

The basket is of good quality. It is very beautiful with nice finishes. I hope it will last. In any case, it is what we wanted, we are delighted. Product explanations not very clear. On the site. After-sales service not very customer-oriented, not trying to understand the customer's disappointment and to make them happy to retain them. Too bad, I just wanted to buy a tray again without paying shipping costs since I had just bought one that I didn't like being hammered (didn't read well on the site before purchase) and that I intended to keep! The plastic thread is quite visible upon closer inspection. Medium quality but acceptable. The site is easy to navigate. For 4 people, maybe pack an extra cooler with food if it’s more than olives, cheese, and fruit. For 2 people, super! Water/wine bottle and baguette fit perfectly in the basket. Otherwise pretty, looks good next to the old timers (red checkered for 4 people + 3 bottle holders) Looks great in photos :)

Beautiful tray, the designs of the patterns are very successful, identical to the photos on the site. Bright colors, impeccable refreshing. Perfect shipping and packaging, the package was made with great care. Only small issue, one plate has gray stains in the white color of the center. I won't return it, too complicated for one plate.
