Return costs can be expensive, in my case, more than 20 euros, especially do not make a mistake, return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

Product explanations not very clear. On the site. After-sales service not very customer-oriented, not trying to understand the customer's disappointment and to make them happy to retain them. Too bad, I just wanted to buy a tray again without paying shipping costs since I had just bought one that I didn't like being hammered (didn't read well on the site before purchase) and that I intended to keep! Customer service is very poor. I have repeatedly complained about a plate with pictures via email, but unfortunately never received a response. The address [email protected] to which the complaint should be sent is unfortunately undeliverable. I then tried to send it to [email protected], but this email was also undeliverable and came back. It took 1 week from ordering to delivery. The ordered melamine products are exactly as depicted and of good quality. After several uses and dishwasher cycles, there are no signs of wear so far. I would buy them again anytime.
