Customer service is very poor. I have repeatedly complained about a plate with pictures via email, but unfortunately never received a response. The address [email protected] to which the complaint should be sent is unfortunately undeliverable. I then tried to send it to [email protected], but this email was also undeliverable and came back. The plastic thread is quite visible upon closer inspection. Medium quality but acceptable. The site is easy to navigate. For 4 people, maybe pack an extra cooler with food if it’s more than olives, cheese, and fruit. For 2 people, super! Water/wine bottle and baguette fit perfectly in the basket. Otherwise pretty, looks good next to the old timers (red checkered for 4 people + 3 bottle holders) Looks great in photos :)
