Beautiful tray, the designs of the patterns are very successful, identical to the photos on the site. Bright colors, impeccable refreshing. Perfect shipping and packaging, the package was made with great care. Only small issue, one plate has gray stains in the white color of the center. I won't return it, too complicated for one plate. So I give it a 4.7.

Simply, it would be better to be able to choose the relay point before payment, at the same time as the choice of shipping method.
I chose Mondial Relay, I paid, then at the time of choosing I saw that there was no Mondial Relay available around me. If I had known, I would have chosen home delivery, but I couldn't change.

The product is nice, beautiful,,,, but the delivery service by Mondial Relay is annoying, not professional and therefore it affects the product and the company that sells it. You should review your delivery services,,, give the option with the post office for example. Mondial is not a carrier,,,, so it's a missed opportunity

The basket was delivered with a snag.
The rest of the items were fine.
However, the return is a bit annoying because we have to return it by post and not by Mondial Relay as at receipt. Which is more convenient for me.
Customer Service is responsive.
I will continue to order from them because I had already received a previous order as a gift and everything was perfect.

The site, the ordering method, the delivery, and the after-sales service are very good... Too bad I had to use customer service for a question about a poorly sized plate for the product (Fontainebleau basket): the original plates being too large, new plates were sent to me (too small but at least they fit in the straps)

Irreproachable product quality, but unfortunately I do not like the bamboo imitation borders that are not well visible in the photos. I searched for so long for melamine plates, very practical for everyday use. The family no longer wants to see them because they are too 'kitsch'. Very unfortunate, if a simpler collection were to come out I would be a buyer again. Best regards.
