"There initially was a slight problem caused by the delivery company. I called & spoke to Quentin who was AMAZING!! He sorted it out quickly & efficiently, he was very polite & friendly. The whole process was smooth with the corrected delivery being posted to me in the UK from France very quickly. The original problem was caused by the delivery company NOT THIS COMPANY.
