Everything is impeccable. The items are of high quality: melamine tableware that I use for the garden, lightweight to carry while being very sturdy. I only receive compliments. Everything is perfectly packaged and protected. The package was shipped and received quickly. I have placed two orders in 2 years and each time it is perfect. My first purchase was in-store 3 years ago and with hindsight and regular use, the tableware is still very good (it's solid).
The only "minus" is that some formats (flat tray, large salad bowl) are slightly hammered (as indicated in the description) while the flat plates and deep trays are not. The hammering on patterned melamine gives a "not great" look. I have a hammered stainless steel paella dish (M'Elite, 40 cm) which is beautiful. Hammering on plain metal (stainless steel, copper), yes, on patterned melamine, no.
In summary, I highly recommend this beautiful company that makes beautiful quality items.
