I am very satisfied with my order, it is really very beautiful items! One star less due to the long waiting time. I had to write an extra email to the company and ask when the delivery would come. The plastic thread is quite visible upon closer inspection. Medium quality but acceptable. The site is easy to navigate. For 4 people, maybe pack an extra cooler with food if it’s more than olives, cheese, and fruit. For 2 people, super! Water/wine bottle and baguette fit perfectly in the basket. Otherwise pretty, looks good next to the old timers (red checkered for 4 people + 3 bottle holders) Looks great in photos :)

Simply, it would be better to be able to choose the relay point before payment, at the same time as the choice of shipping method.

The product is nice, beautiful,,,, but the delivery service by Mondial Relay is annoying, not professional and therefore it affects the product and the company that sells it. You should review your delivery services,,, give the option with the post office for example. Mondial is not a carrier,,,, so it's a missed opportunity
