After issues due to a delivery error (a basket I did not order was delivered instead of the one I purchased), things were sorted out and my contacts understood the situation well and were responsive. I am therefore satisfied with my purchases and the attitude of the team.

Very nice decor. Good quality. One problem: the size of the large plates does not allow them to be washed in a dishwasher

Response from Les Jardins de la Comtesse
Hello, Thank you very much for your positive feedback regarding the design and quality of our product. We are sorry to learn that the size of the large plates did not allow you to wash them easily in your dishwasher. We do our best to mention the dimensions of our items, and generally, 28 cm plates fit in most dishwashers. We hope this does not detract from your experience with our products. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions. Best regards, Les Jardins de la Comtesse

A smooth, simplified, and intuitive navigation but an interface that feels a bit outdated and lacks modernity nonetheless.

The site itself is good even if the product detail sheets are uneven in terms of information, the product seems to be of good quality. But they should change their delivery provider, DPD is well known to be unreliable and I have suffered from it, it was a hassle to retrieve my order...

Ergonomic design with easy navigation. Quality product descriptions and images.
The only downside is the presence of many out-of-stock products in spare parts, which is a weakness in after-sales service

Very clear site, lots of information about the products. It's a shame there are so many out-of-stock items (especially tablecloths, so you can't match a basket to a tablecloth)

I bought the salad cutlery. It looks beautiful in the photos, but when you have it in your hand, it is huge and unfortunately a bit bulky.

I am very satisfied with my order, it is really very beautiful items! One star less due to the long waiting time. I had to write an extra email to the company and ask when the delivery would come. Apparently, something was overlooked. But otherwise really very satisfied and I would gladly shop again in the future!!

The basket is of good quality. It is very beautiful with nice finishes. I hope it will last. In any case, it is what we wanted, we are delighted. Thank you for this beautiful quality, it is the only place where we found this quality. The only downside is the delivery, the information was not precise enough and as a result, we had to stay at home.

The product selection was easy, as the website is clear and well-structured. The ordering process was very uncomplicated and transparent, as was the communication. After just two days, I received the product (picnic basket). 5 stars for that.
