The lamp unfortunately did not work for my daughter, but I was able to claim the 45-day warranty and the team was very available. Note: at first I couldn't get a response from customer service because my email was in the spam folder, I contacted them on Instagram and everything got resolved very quickly.

Good evening, unfortunately your lamp was not able to help my dyslexic daughter with her reading, but I must say that your customer service and speech therapist were very kind and tried to help us as much as possible. The return of the lamp and the refund also went smoothly. So thank you for your serious and competent service.

We have taken your opinion into account and we thank you for it, as these customer reviews enable us to improve our service. However, we were a little surprised by your comment concerning the difficulty of returning your LILI box, because as stated in the GTC, after your request for a return, our speech therapist contacted you to suggest that you check the setting of the LILI lamp (this step is an integral part of the return process). After your refusal, we immediately sent you the return form, which you returned to us with the LILI box. One week after receipt of your parcel and quality control, your order was refunded in full. We're very sorry if you found the return journey difficult.

I'm sorry I don't yet have a well-founded opinion on the Lili lamp: my grandson Antoine uses it regularly, but so far my daughter hasn't found the opportunity to discuss it with Liliforlife's speech therapist during working hours. One observation, however: the lamp's observed battery life doesn't reach the 6 hours advertised.
What's more, a document from the local MDPH lists the tools authorized during examinations and other school tests: as the Lili lamp is not listed, how can I obtain the authorization claimed by the manufacturer? I'll be happy to add to this opinion when my grandson knows how to use the lamp, with the advice of Liliforlife's speech therapist.
