Expensive, but great product
Shape and size is wrong. It was a simple rectangle and somehow I did not get a rectangle… also almost half the size i requested!

For everything related to fixing nets, it's very good, but the follow-up side regarding my request for information (I'm talking about my 2 nets ordered in 2 years) has a lot to improve in communication, that's my opinion

If you are referring to our shipping times: your 2024 order was processed in a year-end context with slightly extended deadlines announced on our site. Your 2026 order, on the other hand, was manufactured and shipped within two weeks.
If you are referring to the follow-up from our customer service: our team responded quickly (within the day or the next day) to all your requests regarding the assembly instructions, your billing address, your payment information, and additional explanatory elements regarding the installation).

The nets were expensive and the shipping costs were out of this world. I know the company does not control tariff policy but I feel like it should have been disclosed before the purchase. My duty was 270 dollars more than half of the cost of the net.
