Despite three emails sent, still no response, it has been three years since I reported a problem with the spray bottle system of the insect repellent product for horses, they are unusable, I have to apply the effective product with a cotton ball all over my horse's timestamp... not really practical!

Hello. Product not appetizing. My cat spits it out. Very expensive product given the quantity in the bottle. We don't know what we're giving. After a request for clarification on the exact composition, refusal due to fear of being copied by a competitor. The doses of vitamins and minerals should be clearly indicated. Very disappointed.

Hello,

Our products are made from fresh plants, however most of our customers are completely satisfied and do not mention any issues with their cats taking the products.

For picky cats, the trick is to put the product on a paw, cats instinctively lick it off and take it. Regarding the formulation, we do indicate the ingredients but not the percentages, this information is reserved for us.

As for the price, yes, natural products are by definition more expensive than synthetic products.
