Despite three emails sent, still no response, it has been three years since I reported a problem with the spray bottle system of the insect repellent product for horses, they are unusable, I have to apply the effective product with a cotton ball all over my horse's timestamp... not really practical!

I find it unfortunate that the products change constantly or then we change the name but there is no communication about it so we look for it... I order a product and when I receive it the name is completely different. It is only by reading the composition that I realize that it is actually the same. I do not understand this commercial policy; it is confusing and therefore disappointing.

I know the products for equines, I order them regularly and I am satisfied. I tested dog products for the first time, the draining can be given with a syringe or directly on the kibble (my dog took it this way). The spray for skin problems tends to 'stick' the fur (but I have a long-haired dog). It's better to apply with a cotton pad or with fingers just on the areas to treat
