I did the Pyro lyme pack, no change in my horses either in their bodies or in the blood test. That said, I had the opportunity to use the stomach products which work extremely well, so I give two stars for these products. When I raised the issue for the Pyro pack asking for advice and sending the blood test, I was told to redo it completely and then that if it didn't work, they couldn't do anything about it. I had bought the first pack on another site and felt like I wasn't being believed. I redid it because I had good feedback around me. But no evolution either. Rather disappointed. However, I really recommend the gastro products.

The delivery was fast once my order was validated. However, the effectiveness of the products does not seem obvious and moreover, the liquid product Art Flex is not appetizing at all and my dog has a lot of trouble accepting it due to the smell that is to be avoided.

I find it unfortunate that the products change constantly or then we change the name but there is no communication about it so we look for it... I order a product and when I receive it the name is completely different. It is only by reading the composition that I realize that it is actually the same. I do not understand this commercial policy; it is confusing and therefore disappointing.

Reactive customer service with personalized care protocol. Fast delivery. Very fragrant products that disturb the horse from eating its ration, it takes time to eat and spits out its grain. The bottles and syringes are not compatible for extracting liquids. Indeed, the syringe tip does not fit into the bottle neck and the bottle tip is not suitable for the syringe. So, I use the measuring cup of the probiotics to do the dosages of the bottles but it's not practical because the container gets dirty with the liquids which requires organization. Regarding the effectiveness of the treatment, I don't have enough hindsight because it is not finished.
