Customer reviews of Ma Petite Laine

Very nice package, small technical sheets very appreciated.😍 I will order again but,to have the pleasure of knitting it myself 😃 very soft wool and well sheathing.

I love everything about it: the efficient cocoon, the friendly after-sales service...

Very nice experience and being a beginner, the videos are very valuable. I hope my grandchildren will be well cocooned.

Explanations should be clearer

Original, very pretty and all cozy 🤗 I started knitting the kit, the start for my level is not obvious. I will try to succeed. Thank you for your creation.

Very pleasant wool to knit...the cocoon and bonnet kit will be offered to a friend's daughter who is resting following a pocket fissure at 24 weeks...only small downside: the explanations don't always correspond to the video. As a neonatal nurse at st luc in Brussels, I would have liked to knit a "test" cocoon for our little patients...

Well-packed but not over-packed, good quantity of wool, clear pattern explanations, tutorial video helps with almost all the steps (not the increases at the bottom).

Package received quickly. Very clear explanations. Very soft wool. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Delighted with the exchanges and the help received. The video tutorials are an olys. Wool very pleasant to knit.

Very good.

From order to delivery, everything went smoothly. My psychologist niece, who is due to give birth soon, finds the concept extra and the wool of the cocoon extremely soft. She can't wait for her baby to feel comfortable in it, and to get a good night's sleep 😉 !

Very nice and good product!

Order arrived promptly with a gift of markers and a totebag. The wool is soft and free from animal suffering.

High quality wool, quickly received, clear and detailed explanations, I recommend.

I have placed 3 orders with ma petite laine for birth kits and merino clothing. The products are great. The reason I only put 2 stars is due to the mistakes made during deliveries and the after-sales service which is simply not up to scratch. One of my orders was blocked at customs (I live in Switzerland). I had to contact the delivery company directly to find out about my parcel, and give them the information about my order that should have been sent beforehand. This order contained an error: a cocoon ordered in size 2 was delivered in size 1. The indication of this size on the label is practically illegible and I realized the error late. After pointing it out, ma petite laine didn't take any responsibility for this obvious error and offered me a 15-euro credit on my next order as compensation (for a 100-euro cocoon that I can no longer use for my baby)... I'm very disappointed!

Carefully prepared parcel and quick delivery time. pleasant and easy to knit with the detailed explanations. However, I did notice a mistake in the explanations for the twisting part: in row 1, in the section to be repeated, you should not make 7 purl stitches but 6, and consequently in row 2, 6 stitches on the right and not purl. The final result is very pretty, and I had enough wool to make the booties.

PERFECT

Hello, Super happy with my purchase, Can't wait for my granddaughter to arrive to cocoon her in it. Thank you

easy order, fast delivery, nice box however the item would have deserved to be wrapped in tissue paper

Delighted with my purchase, great quality.

Hello Too bad you can't put 0 stars. Lousy sales service. I had lost the cocoon pattern. Despite my purchases of "around" 300€ from your company, I was told that to get a new copy I had to send a stamped envelope. The height of pettiness, when everything else is very expensive with you. You're really taking advantage of the fact that when it comes to babies, people are prepared to spend anything.

Order received very quickly. I appreciate not having to wash the cocoon before use. The baby isn't born yet, so no feedback yet!

Very good

Very pleased

I have received my order and I am delighted to make the birth cocoon for my future grandson...

Very good

Excellent experience with this first purchase at Ma Petite Laine. Charming, efficient and very competent saleswomen! I recommend them!

Very satisfied and can't wait for my grandson's arrival in the next few days to try it out 👶🏻🩵

Perfect, 4 months of use and I can see the difference whether I put him down with or without. Very often if I put him down without it, he wakes up, I take him back and wait a few seconds of rocking and hoppp the magic happens. And he's so cute in his little peanut, he's so chewy. At the maternity hospital, it convinced a lot of people :)

Beautiful, very nice quality. I haven't used it yet, to be seen.

Top top top !!!!!

Very good quality

The video explanations make knitting easy. My little girl is comfortable in her cocoon ...
