I had ordered a complete kit including the wool and the pattern for the cocoon and the hat. I have not received the hat pattern (newborn) and am still waiting for it. Everything else is fine.

The premium cocoon did not suit my grandson although I had ordered the right size (0-6 months). At one month he completely got his arms out. He could not stand being tight in this cocoon and preferred the sleeping bag. This merino wool cocoon is of good quality but the price is too high (105 euros)

Impossible to understand for knitting

Very good product overall but the leather label is already unstitched after a week of use. For this price, I find that a bit disappointing

Everything is great in terms of delivery times and product quality. The only downside for which I am not satisfied is the explanations, both for the cocoon and the slippers and the hat, they skip or take for granted some fundamental steps. Even though I am capable of knitting, I found it difficult.

I bought a complete kit to knit the cocoon as well as the hat and booties. The wool is of good quality, however the instructions are not up to the expected level, neither on paper (where sometimes information is missing, the number of stitches does not match between the increases and decreases made...), nor in the videos (missing steps in the hat, the creator has been aware for a long time but no online correction...). I find this disappointing given the price. I bought the kit solely to have the instructions and to be sure to have a cocoon that meets safety standards.

It is outrageous that only 6 balls of wool were delivered without any description. This is pure rip-off!

The cocoon does not work on my 2-month-old son who sticks his elbows out when raising his arms ... Too bad! I paid a lot for an item that will stay in a cupboard, I am disappointed...

Very nice product and fast shipping but has no effect on my baby. His arms come out completely, his elbows are not held at all.

Hello, I had ordered a different color, but I will make do with it. Why don't you notify before sending, I might have chosen another color of my choice.

The package arrived crushed and unusable for a gift. What a shame!

Beautiful quality of thread, however the explanatory notice does not always correspond to the instructions of the tutorial, it's a shame and disappointing given the cost of the product

Not the right explanations

Quality wool. Very well prepared package. The downside, the pattern that was not good! The one sent by email also had an error. Too bad for a site that seems very confident!!!! After a few attempts, I managed to make the cocoon and am satisfied with the result.

I started knitting, the braids are unbalanced on the knitting, I end up with a braid of 2 stitches on each edge. When I sew, they will touch and it will look ugly. I start over and make the increases at 86 stitches before the twists and not after as indicated in the instructions.

Hello, even though my cocoon is finished, I am not completely satisfied, I contacted you twice and received responses. Nevertheless, I have been knitting for at least 35 years and I am used to patterns, I was disconcerted by your very complicated explanations and a complex vocabulary of abbreviations, in addition to the errors..... I find it unfortunate to be forced to buy the kit to get the pattern for the cocoon and the price difference between 6 balls of yarn and the complete kit is quite exaggerated. The knitting instructions worked well. The wool quality (color, softness) did not match the pictures and did not meet my expectations for a newborn product given the price.

Relatively fast delivery to Germany, however, I find the extra delivery costs to the residence too high. Especially since free shipping is advertised. However, this only applies to delivery to a specific location.

I bought the kit. "I'm knitting my cocoon" supernatural. I chose the cocoon 2-9 months + hat: 5 balls of yarn. By doubling the yarn, as indicated in the pattern, there is not enough yarn to make the hat. I am disappointed.

A little downside: to accompany this purchase, I received a dozen e-mails in all from the time I placed the order until my opinion. Don't forget that sending e-mails pollutes and consumes a lot of energy. Too bad

I have placed 3 orders with ma petite laine for birth kits and merino clothing. The products are great. The reason I only put 2 stars is due to the mistakes made during deliveries and the after-sales service which is simply not up to scratch. One of my orders was blocked at customs (I live in Switzerland). I had to contact the delivery company directly to find out about my parcel, and give them the information about my order that should have been sent beforehand. This order contained an error: a cocoon ordered in size 2 was delivered in size 1. The indication of this size on the label is practically illegible and I realized the error late. After pointing it out, ma petite laine didn't take any responsibility for this obvious error and offered me a 15-euro credit on my next order as compensation (for a 100-euro cocoon that I can no longer use for my baby)... I'm very disappointed!

Hello Too bad you can't put 0 stars. Lousy sales service. I had lost the cocoon pattern. Despite my purchases of "around" 300€ from your company, I was told that to get a new copy I had to send a stamped envelope. The height of pettiness, when everything else is very expensive with you. You're really taking advantage of the fact that when it comes to babies, people are prepared to spend anything.

Good evening , I find the principle very good, very beautiful. Unfortunately too small. It was for a very small baby 2.500 kg 48 cm. Even so, it's too small and a bit tight. My daughter didn't use it, too bad!

Video not clear and complete enough ... explanations of the beginning and end of rows of the model petit cookie on video should be better done for beginners and intermediates ... too bad because beautiful model ... and very good after-sales service ... but redo the video it would be really perfect ...

My little boy didn't like it at all ... too bad it's a good concept but a bit expensive.
