I definitely used this company, although they always respond to negative criticism by saying that the names don't match the data and are therefore wrong. On the day I was picked up, the driver was over 40 minutes late and did not apologize for the delay. I tried to voice my concerns, however, the customer service representative was unfriendly and unwilling to help. The driver and customer service were aggressive and accusatory. It was the worst experience. Personally, I suspect this company's ratings are unreasonably high for their actual services.

Fraud. I never got the money back. Stay away!

Thieves !!!! Don't be fooled! They collect the money from you via internet booking and never come to your home! I missed my flight because of these crooks. When you ask them for a refund, they threaten you! And when you post a comment they don't like for a completely non-existent service, they threaten you with photos of guns and bullets that if you don't delete your comment, they'll come and shoot you. They're out of their minds !!!! I've hired a lawyer and taken legal action, gentlemen, you'll regret your illegal actions. I've had one reservation with you and never again! Bad publicity will follow you everywhere

This company is a big scam!!! The company charged extra money without warning to my friends bank account, then asked for credit card details and a photo of our passport. They then withdrew more money from our account and were rude and disrespectful to us when we questioned them about it saying things like we will go to French jail. This is a complete scam group run by scammers. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS BUSINESS !!!!

It's a rip-off! We accepted and paid a fixed rate before arrival, but on the day of the trip, they deducted an extra 300 from my friends' account for no reason, and were not included in the original price. They made us sign a form and threatened if we didn't to spend a year in a French prison. I wouldn't recommend

It's a scam !!!!!! The drivers are rude and mean, the drivers vaping and smoking in the car, they also play very loud music, we didn't feel safe in the car at all. When we got home, they withdrew more money from my friends' card. They also take photos of credit cards and passports to get control.

Hello, this is a scam company! They take photos of your credit card and also your ID, they ask for this on the eve of your departure. They withdraw money after a month without you knowing. The driver also never knows who the driver is.

We ordered via the platform and paid in advance (it is an obligation). The driver didn't come for his race. Since then, we have a lot of trouble to contact them and impossible to be reimbursed for the race that was not done. It's a pity that we can't put a negative note.

After having been late to pick me up at the airport, (1 hour late compared to the time of arrival and I am told that this is part of the limits mentioned in the GTC .... Ok I say nothing) Then we start (15 minutes of rolling) and the driver forgets to put fuel in the car. One finds himself thus out of order in full medium of the road, we had to wait 2h30 so that a collaborator brings him 1 Litre of fuel oil which does not allow us to arrive has the gasoline pump of course... So it's already 3h30 late, the driver told me that of course I was not going to pay the race that my pre-authorization bank will be cancelled and that my deposit will be refunded (350 euros anyway). 15 days passed and nothing! I call them several times without any answer, my SMS without any answer and then I try one last time and I receive a cynglant message telling me that I should "have some modesty" and when a shopkeeper tells you that he will make a commercial gesture for a "light dysfunction" (a light dysfunction ????? In breakdown 2h30 it is a light dysfunction ?) and that I should consider that the journey was cashed has half and in this frame my deposit was completely cashed in this frame also that the service was realized in all the conditions of honorability. We had booked this VTC for a trip from Lyon to Val d'Isere and found the fare to be good. However, from the start we found it strange that we were asked for a bank loan of 290e when booking the journey, but the driver reassured us by texting. We had booked the taxi for midday as we had to be in Val d'Isere before 5pm and the evening before our departure, he announced that he could not come before 2pm even though he had signed a contract at the time of the deposit of 290e...so we waited for two hours at the Gare de Lyon and met the driver at 2:15pm. After a hectic journey with some speeding, the driver asks us to pay a second time 290e although we ask him to take our deposit. He assures us that the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible, but a few days later he takes 66e from us. Fortunately, after discussing with the customer service, we were able to come to an agreement and settle our dispute in good terms.
