Order taken on the phone, price known in advance, final price paid on board (some expenses retained on the deposit which is normal because we had asked the drivers for a service in addition) but warned in advance by the driver. Perfect. Drivers were punctual, polite, pleasant and efficient. Cars were spacious and well maintained. The rate is given at the time of booking so no surprises. This is the first time I used magic vtc for a round trip but I will use it again for my next trips to Nice. I recommend
We did 2 transfers with them, from Paris to Lyon and from Lyon to Geneva airport. Very good, punctual, fast, clean, I strongly recommend this service. I didn't put "excellent" because at the 1st transfer, when I wanted to pay by card, the driver told me that I could pay in cash (which I didn't have) and that by card it was 10% more, I thought that was cool. Then the driver made or received a call and told me that it was ok and that I could pay by card with no extra charge. So for the 2nd transfer, I had planned for it and had withdrawn cash, so payment was super secure in conclusion.
Nothing to say, except the deposit we are asked to pay but it is everywhere.
