Hello, as mentioned during our exchanges, the elements we have (photo of order preparation and weight control of the package by the carrier) show that a complete package has been shipped. You indicated that you asked the delivery person to leave the package behind your trash can in your absence. In this case, and in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale: "The deposit of the package at the request of the recipient without their presence on site engages their responsibility and not that of the carrier or MAJ-IMPORT." Maj import Nothing to say, order correct as always, but the delivery people prefer to drop off at a pickup point rather than deliver to home. DPD to avoid, paying for home delivery only to have to move is not very correct!

Everything went well, the only issue I can find is the shipping costs are too high. I order from the Netherlands on other tool sites and I always have free shipping if I order for over €100. I deducted stars for the shipping costs.

Hello, I have nothing to say about the quality of the products. The real problem concerns delivery. The DPD company decides on its own to deliver where it wants. I had to travel 30 km to collect the parcel from a relay point. Nothing to do with the relay point chosen at the beginning and which is close to my home. Crdlt ED
