The quality of the tools ordered is perfect, but where I'm very disappointed is with the delivery. In fact, when you order, they don't tell you that the tools are out of stock, so you have to wait longer to receive them. What's more, there's no delivery time, even though you have to give the deliveryman a code, which means a lost day's work.
