Everything went well, the only issue I can find is the shipping costs are too high. I order from the Netherlands on other tool sites and I always have free shipping if I order for over €100. I deducted stars for the shipping costs.

Mr Hello, 6cm smoothers NEVER have a return at the bottom, only large smoothers have it to stiffen them and in no case to recover the plaster. You have therefore received a small straightener that will do the job perfectly.

Very fast order and delivery. Impossible to check the delivery as the driver left as soon as he dropped off the parcel. No signature required to validate delivery. After opening the package, it turns out that a handle on my product was broken.

First of all, thank you for the speedy dispatch of the parcel. However, I think it's a shame to have a well-packaged parcel, with, in my case, an exploded cap of spray adhesive, and a torn cardboard box for the plasterboard strip. As for product quality, I haven't tried it yet.

I have to give it 3 stars. Nothing against Maj import but once again DPD is not up to the job. As usual the DPD service is catastrophic. It's a shame because it's a very good site. I had a person on the phone the other day that went very well. Good advice. I have several orders to place soon and I'll think twice about buying from you again because of the delivery people.

I received my order quickly, but I'm not happy because I didn't receive my banjo in its original box, which was very practical for storing it. It was simply wrapped in bubble wrap. I'm going to have to store my banjo as it is, without any protection. Supposedly a gift of a maj import tee-shirt, but no, instead a Delko....super pencil... that's not the point, I don't care but it's a matter of principle.

Expensive shipping to Belgium. More expensive than Straitflex Original at Leroy-Merlin. And last but not least, the Straitflex Mid-flex 300 was already open and the tape looked torn (I didn't check the length of the roll but it's suspicious). All in all, I'm satisfied, given how hard it is to find these products in the shops...

I received the item I ordered, but not in new condition. It had obviously already been used, with traces of plaster everywhere, scratches inside and no original packaging. Instead, there's a layer of dust and the color has faded. When you pay a high price, you're entitled to expect a flawless product, not a second-hand item that's been on your shelves for X amount of time. It's a shame, because you sell good tools, such as the coating knife, which met my expectations. Despite everything, the product works, but a small commercial gesture would be the least I could do. Thank you for giving me a concrete answer.

Your deliveryman (pdp) is not serious for a delivery planned on Friday (building site planned on the weekend) actual delivery on Tuesday... no escuse impossible to be compensated. Moreover delivery without any information on the schedule of delivery. Information about delivery on Monday, no delivery on that day and no information. Execrable service. If you continue to use this carrier (9€90) for such a rotten delivery seems exessive to me I will no longer buy from you. It's a pity because the equipment left your premises on time and is true to the order.
