More instructions on how to use them and a few tips would be helpful... (how to remove golden-yellow poop stains! How to stop them spreading beyond the inserts, whether to choose an insert that goes inside or outside...). What a shame. Otherwise, the material is great and delivery was very good.

Great, except that some pages mix AI1 and AI2 diapers, but it's really not a problem.

After a successful trial with the discovery pack, we were disappointed to receive different diapers (because they were less practical) from the ones we had tried.

A very good experience with Maman et Bébé Nature. The order was processed and delivered quickly, the products matched the photos, and there were no mistakes. And the prices are really attractive! I ordered 3 diapers to check the quality, so my next order will be a whole pack. I highly recommend them! I’ll try them on my baby, who is due very soon.

Response from Maman et Bébé Nature
Hello, we are sorry for not replying. It appears that you received regular bamboo inserts instead of bamboo charcoal inserts. We contacted you by email; please get back to us so we can offer you a solution and correct our mistake. Our sincere apologies. Customer Service.

I’m happy with my purchase, but the elastics leave marks on my chubby baby’s thighs.

Pleasant website, easy to navigate. The diaper selection is excellent and varied to suit different tastes. The only small issue I’ve noticed so far is that with the TE2 diapers, you can only attach one snap-in insert at a time. They don’t offer inserts that can be combined with others. Also, for newborns, the insert is a little too large and needs to be folded; a range with smaller inserts could be useful. I haven’t used them yet. I bought them in advance to test the product for my future granddaughter and wash the inserts at my leisure so they can reach optimal absorbency.

Excellent waterproof diaper. The double gussets really are unbeatable, and on top of being effective, they're very pretty.

Perfect, the diaper pack arrived on time and made a newlywed couple very happy. We paid by cheque (as I'm not very used to the internet, this payment method made it easy for me to place my order). I recommend them. Best wishes to the whole team ;).

The diapers are completely satisfactory. I think they would be too big for a 3 kg baby, since I use them on my 6 kg baby with the snaps on the tightest setting. The black inserts are great, as is the value for money.
