Maman et Bébé Nature consistently delivers reliable service with fast, on-time delivery and carefully packaged parcels that reflect attention to detail. Customers highlight a broad and appealing product range, including cute, practical swimsuits and reusable swim diapers, with many noting accurate descriptions and items matching expectations. The store also earns strong praise for responsive, knowledgeable staff and helpful advice, as well as the quality and practicality of products like absorbent cotton liners and machine-washable diapers. Overall, shoppers repeatedly mention repeat purchases with satisfaction across product quality, delivery efficiency, and customer care.
Fast delivery and the products are beautiful!!! We can't wait to try our diapers :) However, we were very worried when our parcel arrived because the box was torn open (as if it had been cut with a box cutter), and the diapers weren't protected. Fortunately, the products weren't damaged.

I give it 3 stars because the website is well designed, but there isn't enough information about the diapers and how they work.

Lovely fabric, very soft and pleasant. Unfortunately, in my opinion, they're better suited as makeup-removing pads than as wipes for changing a baby... They're too thin for my taste, and I find they hold up less well to repeated high-temperature washes than the classic range I tried before (they shed fibers and seem to get thinner). A lovely product, but it doesn't meet my current needs. Twins go through a lot of wipes!

The website is quite easy to use; you quickly understand how to navigate it and what to choose. Perhaps one improvement could be the option to put together your own set of diapers? The value for money speaks for itself; the diapers are very cute, and we can't wait to try them on our baby! Delivery was very, very fast, and we're very satisfied.

I wasn't expecting all these issues with leaks and the inserts being ineffective during the first few uses... As a childminder with three children, it's completely uncomfortable and a considerable amount of extra work... Perhaps I regret it; maybe I didn't choose the right website and the right cloth diapers... To help preserve the planet, I have to persevere... Disappointed by how leaky these diapers are.

Hello,
We are sorry that our products have not fully satisfied you.
The inserts need to be washed 10 to 15 times to reach their maximum absorbency.
I invite you to read this article, which should help you identify the cause of the leaks: https://mamanetbebenature.fr/blog/113_causes-fuites-couches-lavables.html
Please feel free to contact us by email or phone if you need advice on adjusting the products.

It's great and really pretty, but it could use a little more explanation, especially for beginners. Otherwise, everything is perfect and matches my order, which arrived very quickly. We'll see how it goes over time. My son had a slight reaction, but I don't yet know if it was caused by the diapers.

There was a problem with my order, but I was contacted very quickly and everything was sorted out right away. I was able to receive them a few days later. They look great, though the bag is smaller than I expected. I will only be able to test them in a few months.

Delivery was okay. Shipping costs are inexplicable. It's hard to understand which option is best before buying. There are a lot of leaks, which may be resolved with use... In the meantime...

I just received the pack I ordered. There was a small issue with my bank transfer payment, which delayed delivery. Otherwise, the product met my expectations. I've washed them once and have already started testing them, even though they won't reach optimal absorbency until after 10–15 washes. Easy to use and comfortable for the baby.

Great products, fast delivery. However, right from the start of the order process it says “free shipping,” but that only applies to delivery to a pickup point... That's a bit disappointing, especially when ordering fairly expensive complete kits!

There are now three different types of diapers: TE1, TE2, and TE1 with added double gussets, which are excellent.
The website is a little difficult for newcomers who know nothing about cloth diapers. This is feedback from a friend I recommended it to.
I had to explain everything to her.
Otherwise, the product is very good.
