Customer reviews of Maman et Bébé Nature

It would just be helpful to mention that it’s worth buying a few extra inserts with your first order to keep your TE2 diapers in rotation. Otherwise, fast dispatch, delivery by post, and although the box was torn open, the order was complete and intact.

I was able to track the progress of my delivery and received my product within a reasonable time.

Rather pleased with the quality and the price

Clear and well-organized website.

The website is great. This is the second time I've ordered from it, and I plan to order more products.

Fast delivery; now it's time to try the diapers.

The website is a little complicated to navigate, with lots of different categories, so it's hard for a beginner to find their way around. Not all the items were available. My order was shipped and delivered very, very quickly.

I love it. I'm not giving it 5 stars because I haven't been able to try the diapers yet. Baby is due at the end of July. But otherwise, it's great!!

Very good website, with guaranteed ease of shopping.

Order received quickly and as expected. I had already made a first purchase with a Start and Go pack. The only downside, which isn't really the website's fault, is the limited selection compared with my first purchase in October 2019 (due to COVID-19). On the other hand, what's great is that I was able to contact Maman et Bébé Nature and got answers to all my questions almost immediately (within a few hours).

No problems, and the parcel tracking was impeccable.

Very good website!!! There's a good selection of diapers and helpful explanations.

Very well-designed website

Easy-to-access website.

A stock shortage issue was resolved quickly.

A good website, but not sure about the product dimensions.

I'm satisfied with the product, but for someone new to cloth diapers, it would have been really helpful to tell customers that buying extra inserts is highly recommended. You need 2 inserts at night for the baby's comfort, so by morning, the 4 remaining ones aren't enough to last through the day. So I'll have to place another order and pay the extra shipping costs, which aren't cheap! If I had bought the pack of 20 inserts at the same time, I wouldn't have had to pay shipping. This website doesn't offer enough advice to customers.

The website is fairly clear and easy to use

The website is quite well designed; however, I wish there were an easy option to choose the diaper colors in the bundles, since not everyone necessarily likes all the colors!

Very good website. I had seen the diapers on Facebook but couldn't find them on the website. I sent a message and got a reply very quickly, and I was able to find the diapers I wanted.

The package arrived quickly despite the lockdown. Everything was well packaged, and the diaper colors match the photos. I haven't tried them yet, but I'm delighted with the quality when handling them.

Beautiful, colorful website with good explanations

Since the baby has not been born yet, I can't tell you whether they are effective, but the four stars are for their practicality compared with other reusable diapers. They look easy to use.

I am happy with my order (and can't wait to try it). The different inserts are very soft and the diapers are comfortable. I'm just a little disappointed because I ordered the TE2 starter kit just before it was restocked, so I had no choice (we're expecting a boy, and the only pack available had an orange diaper and a patterned one, but they were still nice). However, when my order arrived, I received a black diaper instead of the orange one. When I checked the website, I saw that these were the colors in the new packs offered after the restock. I would have liked you to contact me to let me know about the change, or simply let me choose from the new colors that had arrived. I didn't really want black for my baby.

Nice website; you can find useful information in the blog articles.

Very satisfied with my order. Outstanding responsiveness despite the current health crisis. I have recommended your products to my friends who are parents.

The order arrived a week after I placed it, so very good considering the lockdown. The diaper covers are adorable. My daughter is a little skinny, though, and the leg openings, which aren't adjustable, are a bit large. Otherwise, I haven't tried them yet because they're still drying. We'll see!

The mobile site navigation is a little confusing, but otherwise there's a good selection of products and fast shipping.

Delivery matched the order. The only minor issue was that a small square had been cut into the box with a box cutter. Luckily, the order was complete.

Good, except the product return process is long and not intuitive. Getting a refund isn't easy either (more than a month has passed since I made my request).

Quality products and super-fast delivery. However, there was a mistake with my order when it was shipped, and if I hadn't called again a week later, I'd still be waiting for my items...

Easy-to-use website, easy-to-understand explanations, and fast delivery.

The website is pleasant and easy to use, and it's easy to find what you're looking for. Despite the information for beginners, there are no details about the drawbacks when getting started. In fact, I only learned when my parcel arrived that the inserts need to be washed several times before they work at 100%.

I never received the order. Reason: Covid-19

No problems with the order

Always good quality, and order preparation is super fast. Very satisfied overall, even though one diaper came without an insert.

I can't give it 5 stars yet, as I haven't given birth (in May), but the quality, colors, and softness of the products are excellent. Now I just need to try them.

Very fast shipping, and it arrived very quickly too.
