Maman et Bébé Nature consistently delivers reliable service with fast, on-time delivery and carefully packaged parcels that reflect attention to detail. Customers highlight a broad and appealing product range, including cute, practical swimsuits and reusable swim diapers, with many noting accurate descriptions and items matching expectations. The store also earns strong praise for responsive, knowledgeable staff and helpful advice, as well as the quality and practicality of products like absorbent cotton liners and machine-washable diapers. Overall, shoppers repeatedly mention repeat purchases with satisfaction across product quality, delivery efficiency, and customer care.
The diapers have only just been washed and haven't been tried yet, hence the 4 stars. The quality seems good, the elastics seem sturdy, and these cloth diapers should suit my little one. The only thing to check is the size. I didn't choose the newborn size, but my son is quite slim, so despite weighing 4 kg and a bit, I'm not sure they won't be a little too big.

I found the website well designed and ordering easy. I just had a small issue with the delivery because one product was missing. But customer service was very easy to reach and, above all, very responsive... I received the product in question within two days. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this website again if I need anything. Thank you!

When you click to add an item to your cart, sometimes it gets added twice. I had to check my cart again before checking out, and several items were duplicated even though I had only added them once. However, I'm extremely satisfied with the products and recommend them without reservation. Super-fast delivery. Excellent customer service; the representative was very pleasant, friendly, and efficient. I'm a fan!!

Customer service is available. The site is a little complicated because there are so many products; when you're new to cloth diapers, it's not easy to find your way around.

Fast delivery, package well protected, and the bandana bibs are super soft. I'm delighted with them. I'll come back with a comment about the diapers once our baby is here.

I had trouble connecting to the website. The selected patterns were out of stock, so delivery was very late. However, customer service was very friendly, accommodating, responsive, and easy to reach online and by phone. Thank you. The products are very satisfactory. There was a small complimentary wipe in the package, a thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated. Have a nice day.

Fast delivery, but I’m rather disappointed that I didn’t receive the model I asked for. I ordered two TE2 starter kits in pink (I have a little girl). I did receive the Indian print, but got the Pineapple print instead of Sun and Fun.

I’m very satisfied with the diapers. They’re practical, and there were even care instructions included. The price is reasonable, and the diaper colors are lovely. Customer service was very helpful when I contacted them several times.

There aren’t enough instructions on how to adjust the diaper size for a newborn (there are lots of snaps, but what do you do with the excess fabric when it’s too big?). The insert seems bigger than the diaper; will it be uncomfortable when folded? So many questions without answers.

My order arrived quickly. I’m satisfied with the product so far. The quality is pretty good. I think I’ll still buy more inserts to make laundry rotation easier. You need to change the diaper very regularly to avoid major leaks and having to change everything (insert AND cover) each time! Make sure to use a liner, or even two, for poop... (let it stick out a little at the back of the diaper. It doesn’t look great, but there’ll be less mess everywhere!) I’ll see how they hold up with longer-term use!

Good product, but given how much the diaper leaks, I might as well go for all-in-ones that need changing every time, because in my case it's impossible to use this diaper twice in a row.

Diapers received in less than a week. Someone contacted me because one of my diapers was out of stock. They were very friendly and kindly offered me the choice of another model or a refund. I haven't had any leaks with the all-in-one diapers so far, but I've only tried them a few times since I just received them for my 4-month-old baby.

It's easy to find what you're looking for. The bundles are well put together and look lovely. The explanations are clear. I regret that there is no information about where the diapers are made (China) and that the SGS label seems to have been obtained.
