Good website
Good value for money
Good products

Good, product as ordered

Clear website with plenty of styles to choose from.

After placing my order, I had some delivery problems, but customer service resolved them.
The only downside was the order: the protective liners are too thin and difficult to separate, even though they are pre-cut.

The order arrived very quickly and the package was in perfect condition. I'm very satisfied. I won't be able to give my opinion on the diapers for a few months!

The website is very well designed, and ordering was easy. My order arrived quickly.
I'm waiting for the baby to arrive before trying the diapers and inserts. Everything looks to be good quality, and I don't regret my purchase. To be continued...

Easy-to-use website

Happy with my purchase

I had trouble understanding the differences between the three models. I think a short explanatory page would be helpful, as cloth diapers can be difficult to get to grips with!

A customer service phone number would be a plus.

The order arrived fairly quickly.

I find the delivery a little slow, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

Perfect! Good layout, easy to place an order. It's a shame to receive so much plastic with the order (the whole order wrapped in plastic instead of cardboard, and a plastic bag for EACH diaper).

Very good, just a little slow with delivery.

A little late, but with a gift to make up for it, it's quickly forgotten :)

Well-designed website, with well-described products, advice, and customer reviews. However, I tried asking questions via the contact form and never received a reply.

The website is very good, and the products are nice and inexpensive. I only wish there were more information about where they come from and how they are made. More information about the company and its philosophy would also be appreciated.

Delivery on time, clear and well-designed website. A wide selection at relatively low prices.

Not enough information about the different types of diapers.

I was hesitating between 2 and 3 stars. What I liked: the fairly well-designed website, fast shipping, and the customer service team's quick response in calling me after their initial mistake with the parcel. What I would have appreciated: having a replacement product sent by express delivery, since the mistake was theirs. What I really didn't like: 1) A diaper is described as having a bamboo charcoal inner layer and a bamboo insert, but I received one made of 100% polyester (this is clearly stated on the diaper's label), with a fleece lining, which is also polyester... I contacted customer service but haven't had a reply in 9 days... 2) I think the prices are ultimately too high considering the quality.

Interesting offers, but it's a shame they don't have mattress sheets or baby linens.

Very good website, but delivery is sometimes too slow (3 weeks for my last order).

Very pretty, good-quality swimsuits. However, one of the two swimsuits I ordered couldn't be delivered because it was out of stock... excellent follow-up from customer service to help me choose another one (although there was no goodwill gesture). A little disappointed with the liners, which aren't what I expected (they seem less resistant to washing, as I reuse them if they're only soiled with urine).

The products are very interesting, but I think the website could be made easier to use.

The product I ordered was out of stock, but this wasn't indicated online, so I was contacted by phone the day after I placed my order.

Very good website. Attractive prices, quality products, fast shipping. Negative point: After several calls, I wasn't able to get through to the company "Maman et bb".

Fast delivery.

After a small issue with the website, I was very angry, but customer service called me on a Sunday and resolved the issue within a few hours. I received my order that week, so overall I can say I am very satisfied!

The website is pretty good, but I am disappointed that I didn't receive exactly the diapers I ordered because they were out of stock, even though this wasn't mentioned when I placed my order.

Good website, I'm happy with my order, good communication.

Great selection.

Order delivered quickly as stated and well packaged.

Overall, the website is fine. Nothing specific to say.

The website is clear and well designed.

Easy to order, lots of products, affordable prices.

Rating concerns the appearance of the package and shipping. I can't rate the product yet because the baby hasn't been born.

Efficient service, order shipped and received quickly.

Order delivered in a week and a half (very reasonable). The entire order was received. I haven't tried the diapers yet, but I'm very pleased with the inserts, which are very thick. Thank you, Maman et Bébé Nature.

Okay, nice and practical website.
