Customer reviews of Maman et Bébé Nature

I quickly found the information I was looking for, with the illustrations needed to understand the products properly. On receipt, I was very satisfied with the products.

Everything was received in good condition and seems to meet my expectations.

I never had any problems with my previous orders until the last one, when instead of receiving 15 bamboo charcoal inserts, I received 15 regular ones. I got no reply after sending a message about this order error. Anyway, I’m quite annoyed because the bamboo ones are more expensive.

Our first order gave us complete satisfaction, so we’re ordering more diapers here after trying other brands. The all-in-one diapers are good for nighttime but get dirty more quickly (with homemade detergent), so we mainly use TE2 diapers with bamboo inserts. TE2 diapers are really practical when traveling and easier to care for. You can wash the inserts at a higher temperature without risking damage to the waterproof outer layer or the elastics. The diaper itself doesn’t need to be washed at a high temperature and is easy to clean. If the elastics get stained, hand-washing them with a little detergent or dish soap makes them nice and white again. We use about ten diapers and 30 inserts, doing laundry every two days. We’re only ordering diapers because we have enough inserts, but we prefer to change the outer diaper at almost every change. Our little one is 3 months old and has no red bottom (except after trying two detergents, Rainette Marseille soap and Biocoop lavender, while on vacation). We don’t use liners, but clean them immediately after a bowel movement (our baby is breastfed), and it works perfectly. We’re delighted, and we’ll see how things go once we start introducing solid foods... Thank you, Maman et Bébé Nature!

Great product and super-fast delivery.

Order fulfilled as requested.

Satisfied. Delivered on time.

Fast shipping, good product.

Great website, very well designed!

Very fast delivery, great diapers, but I didn’t receive the waterproof bag...

The parcel wasn’t delivered to the right address. I had filled in the form so it would be sent directly to the recipient, so it was probably a computer glitch! Let’s not dwell on it.

Very clear website, fast delivery and everything as ordered. Great!

Fast and careful delivery!

Super-fast delivery and great diapers, thanks.

Arrived on time, parcel in good condition. The cloth diapers are great! The website explains how to use them well and offers good advice.

Very fast delivery and excellent tracking

Really great

A standard website, well designed and easy to use. Orders arrive quickly and are well packaged. Too bad this site isn't more visible when searching for all-in-one cloth diapers.

The site is very clear!

Everything is very clear; there's nothing to criticize about how the website works. It's fun and practical. When my baby is born, if I need anything else to go with the set I bought, I'll come back to this site! I trust the quality of the products.

Perfect, very satisfied with both the delivery and the diapers themselves!

The parcel arrived on time. There was a small mishap, as the box was badly damaged on one side. Otherwise, the products are as described. Can't wait to use them with my little girl. Thank you.

Very fast delivery

Fast delivery. Quick answers to questions.

A very reliable seller with excellent order tracking.

Very satisfied, fast shipping

Very well designed; you can quickly find what you're looking for.

Fast delivery with no problems

Very fast delivery and beautiful products. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this site again if needed! I recommend it.

Fast delivery with no problems. Products carefully packaged.

A little difficult to create an account. Otherwise, very reliable and very fast.

I paid for home delivery... The parcel was delivered to the building's caretaker even though I had stayed home to wait for it. I waited for nothing and therefore received it later than expected. Nevertheless, the products meet my expectations. Note: A few weeks ago, my first order was delivered to me in person. What happened the second time????

Very fast delivery and very good products. Very satisfied.

. . .

Very satisfied with my order. The products match the description and are excellent quality.

Fast, nothing to complain about with the product. I'm waiting to try it on the baby :)

User-friendly website. Easy to reach Maman Bébé Nature by phone. Very sales-oriented person.

Nicely presented.

Very clear website navigation. Very interesting and fast delivery option. The product is very good quality.

For once, I've found a website that explains what you need to assemble to make a proper diaper. I think the starter kit is perfect.
