The website is a little complicated to navigate, with lots of different categories, so it's hard for a beginner to find their way around. Not all the items were available. My order was shipped and delivered very, very quickly.

A good website, but not sure about the product dimensions.

I'm satisfied with the product, but for someone new to cloth diapers, it would have been really helpful to tell customers that buying extra inserts is highly recommended. You need 2 inserts at night for the baby's comfort, so by morning, the 4 remaining ones aren't enough to last through the day. So I'll have to place another order and pay the extra shipping costs, which aren't cheap! If I had bought the pack of 20 inserts at the same time, I wouldn't have had to pay shipping. This website doesn't offer enough advice to customers.

The order arrived a week after I placed it, so very good considering the lockdown. The diaper covers are adorable. My daughter is a little skinny, though, and the leg openings, which aren't adjustable, are a bit large. Otherwise, I haven't tried them yet because they're still drying. We'll see!

Quality products and super-fast delivery. However, there was a mistake with my order when it was shipped, and if I hadn't called again a week later, I'd still be waiting for my items...

The website is pleasant and easy to use, and it's easy to find what you're looking for. Despite the information for beginners, there are no details about the drawbacks when getting started. In fact, I only learned when my parcel arrived that the inserts need to be washed several times before they work at 100%.

It's a shame that delivery to another address isn't possible (birth gift). The packaging was really basic.

Sorting by ascending price does not work.

Navigation would need to be more “logical” when sorting by ascending price (promotions are placed alongside their standard prices, for example).

Not enough information about the swim diaper. I thought there was an insert inside.

The product matches the one I ordered; the only thing missing is an instruction manual for beginners like me.

I never had any problems with my previous orders until the last one, when instead of receiving 15 bamboo charcoal inserts, I received 15 regular ones. I got no reply after sending a message about this order error. Anyway, I’m quite annoyed because the bamboo ones are more expensive.

The parcel wasn’t delivered to the right address. I had filled in the form so it would be sent directly to the recipient, so it was probably a computer glitch! Let’s not dwell on it.

I paid for home delivery... The parcel was delivered to the building's caretaker even though I had stayed home to wait for it. I waited for nothing and therefore received it later than expected. Nevertheless, the products meet my expectations. Note: A few weeks ago, my first order was delivered to me in person. What happened the second time????

Well-designed website, but the diapers could still be improved.

I had trouble connecting to the website. The selected patterns were out of stock, so delivery was very late. However, customer service was very friendly, accommodating, responsive, and easy to reach online and by phone. Thank you. The products are very satisfactory. There was a small complimentary wipe in the package, a thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated. Have a nice day.

Fast delivery, but I’m rather disappointed that I didn’t receive the model I asked for. I ordered two TE2 starter kits in pink (I have a little girl). I did receive the Indian print, but got the Pineapple print instead of Sun and Fun.

There aren’t enough instructions on how to adjust the diaper size for a newborn (there are lots of snaps, but what do you do with the excess fabric when it’s too big?). The insert seems bigger than the diaper; will it be uncomfortable when folded? So many questions without answers.

The products seem to be good quality, but unfortunately the waterproof bag included in the order is missing.

It's a shame that the cloth diapers are made in China. If I had seen that before ordering, I wouldn't have bought them.

*So-so after-sales service, not very helpful... *A very limited choice of TE2 diapers compared with TE1, which is very annoying and frustrating! *Good, inexpensive products, which is why I continue to shop with them...

I ordered a pack of ten diapers, but only six arrived. Customer service told me there had been a mistake and said I should just compare the prices with other diapers (as if I had nothing better to do).... On the other hand, the diapers are pretty good, lighter than other brands but just as protective.

Difficult to browse the site because it's impossible to filter by product type. However, the photos accurately represent the products. You can't see the back of the diapers.

After a successful trial with the discovery pack, we were disappointed to receive different diapers (because they were less practical) from the ones we had tried.

After placing my order, I had some delivery problems, but customer service resolved them.
The only downside was the order: the protective liners are too thin and difficult to separate, even though they are pre-cut.

I was hesitating between 2 and 3 stars. What I liked: the fairly well-designed website, fast shipping, and the customer service team's quick response in calling me after their initial mistake with the parcel. What I would have appreciated: having a replacement product sent by express delivery, since the mistake was theirs. What I really didn't like: 1) A diaper is described as having a bamboo charcoal inner layer and a bamboo insert, but I received one made of 100% polyester (this is clearly stated on the diaper's label), with a fleece lining, which is also polyester... I contacted customer service but haven't had a reply in 9 days... 2) I think the prices are ultimately too high considering the quality.

Very pretty, good-quality swimsuits. However, one of the two swimsuits I ordered couldn't be delivered because it was out of stock... excellent follow-up from customer service to help me choose another one (although there was no goodwill gesture). A little disappointed with the liners, which aren't what I expected (they seem less resistant to washing, as I reuse them if they're only soiled with urine).

The website is pretty good, but I am disappointed that I didn't receive exactly the diapers I ordered because they were out of stock, even though this wasn't mentioned when I placed my order.

Great selection.

The patterns are very pretty, but there are a lot of leaks around the bottom. An extra leak-proof barrier is needed because the bodysuits and pants are always soaked, or you have to set a timer to change the baby before leaks happen. Thank you.
