I'm very satisfied with my order, which I received quickly. One item I ordered was no longer available, so the manager called me and offered a similar item. When the parcel arrived, one item was missing. I called the store, and they sent it out again that same day. I 100% recommend them. Quality item, fast shipping, and the manager is very kind and attentive!!!

The order was processed and shipped quickly. The diapers are very beautiful. I've been using this type of diaper for about nine months and am very satisfied. They're practical and easy to care for. I use a detergent that rinses out very well, and I definitely recommend washing them at 60 degrees. Tumble-drying on a delicate setting is no problem. They haven't changed at all, not even the coating. Great product, thank you!

However, it's a shame that I pay taxes to you and then have to pay taxes again for the French overseas departments. The parcel ends up costing me a lot more.

Response from Maman et Bébé Nature Published on 14/07/2022

Unfortunately, deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories are subject to these customs regulations. This is beyond our control.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our website. Our prices are negotiated to make reusable diapers accessible to as many families as possible, so that the cost of the equipment does not discourage people from choosing a healthier lifestyle. Please also note that we offer payment in 3 interest-free installments, allowing you to spread the cost of reusable diapers over 3 months.

I'm very happy to have received my order. The diapers are great and exactly as described. I appreciate the plastic-free packaging and the very little waste. With 10 TE2 diapers and 40 inserts, I think we're off to a good start. The little fleece liners for a stay-dry effect are a real bonus. I recommend them.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! It leaks everywhere! A useless purchase and a waste of time and money. Once wet, the liner is very difficult to grab and remove. I do not recommend it!

Translated reviews

Response from Maman et Bébé Nature Published on 16/06/2022

Hello,

We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with our reusable diapers.

Generally, leaks that parents experience when they first start using reusable diapers are due to a poor fit. Please find attached a PDF document to help you position the diaper correctly: https://mamanetbebenature.fr/img/AjusterCL.pdf

We tried to reach you by phone to help find the right fit and prevent leaks.

I invite you to read this article, which explains the different causes of leaks: https://mamanetbebenature.fr/blog/113_causes-fuites-couches-lavables.html

We do not recommend disposable liners while babies are exclusively breastfed. They are very thin and are better suited to formed or semi-formed stools. In addition, the stools of breastfed babies are water-soluble and can be easily rinsed off with water, although they may stain.

Of course, we remain at your disposal if you need advice by email, on social media, or by phone.

Have a nice day,

The Maman et Bébé Nature Team.
