There was a problem with my order, but I was contacted very quickly and everything was sorted out right away. I was able to receive them a few days later. They look great, though the bag is smaller than I expected. I will only be able to test them in a few months.

Pleasant website, but when you discover the concept of reusable diapers, you need to spend a little time exploring it.

This was our second order: we bought a complete kit for our baby's birth and, having been very satisfied, we decided to add more diapers as the start of daycare is approaching! The diapers are comfortable and hold up well to washing. Just follow the instructions and recommendations for use and care, and everything works wonderfully!

Diapers are very easy to use and wash. I particularly appreciated being able to ask questions via Facebook Messenger and getting a quick reply. Thanks again.

Good quality, but it's a shame there are so few instructions included, especially for beginners.

I ordered these items for the birth of my future grandchild. My daughter thought these diapers were perfect. She had chosen them online and is not disappointed at all. The delivery date was met; in three words: everything is perfect.

Delivery was okay. Shipping costs are inexplicable. It's hard to understand which option is best before buying. There are a lot of leaks, which may be resolved with use... In the meantime...

I haven't used the diapers yet because the baby hasn't been born, but the order arrived very quickly and was as described. The website is also well designed, and the advice and information on it are very welcome. The little leaflet included with the order explaining how to care for the diapers is also much appreciated. I recommend it.

The website's layout could be improved a little; it's easy to get lost in the menus and waste quite a bit of time.

I just received the pack I ordered. There was a small issue with my bank transfer payment, which delayed delivery. Otherwise, the product met my expectations. I've washed them once and have already started testing them, even though they won't reach optimal absorbency until after 10–15 washes. Easy to use and comfortable for the baby.

Fast delivery and good information about the quality. We still need to try them; the baby is due soon, so I can't comment on that yet.

Great products, fast delivery. However, right from the start of the order process it says “free shipping,” but that only applies to delivery to a pickup point... That's a bit disappointing, especially when ordering fairly expensive complete kits!
