Customer reviews of Maman et Bébé Nature

A modern site offering quality products that are also eco-friendly and economical.

Very good site.

Very fast shipping. Good-quality products!

The site offers a huge selection. I wanted to try cloth diapers for my baby on the way, and I managed to find exactly what I wanted.

The all-in-one diapers are perfect. I've been using the T2 diapers for a year, and I think these are much better. I have far fewer leaks, and the inside is softer against baby's skin.

Exactly what I asked for, and the patterns are very pretty.

Very good.

Excellent site, order received very quickly.

Easy-to-use site.

Received in 2 days. The product was described perfectly on the site and arrived in good condition. Thank you, mamanetbebenature.

Perfect.

No problems with my order! It arrived quickly, and there were no product errors. Great, I love shopping here!

I haven't tried the diapers yet because the baby isn't here yet, so I can't judge their quality. However, shipping was fast, the packaging was perfect, and the service was very professional.

Quality diapers. Very pretty patterns. The free downloadable brochure is very well explained. I recommend them.

Fast shipping with order tracking. The product received matched the description.

Easy navigation. Nice presentation.

Perfect, excellent site.

Perfect.

Order received very quickly and exactly as expected. Very satisfied with the site and the products.

Very good site, and the order arrived very quickly. One diaper was missing from my package, but customer service responded very quickly and sent another one. I can't wait for my baby to arrive so I can try everything. In any case, the quality is excellent.

Great website, very well designed. I received my order in record time. I'm very happy with it.

Order received quickly and as requested. At first I tried the newborn diapers and had to do a few tests because there were a lot of leaks at the beginning. Then, after getting some good advice online via Facebook, I ordered the complete TE2 pack and I’m very happy with it. I think they’re better because they have double leg elastics. For now I use 2 inserts, as they’ve only been washed once, and there have been no leaks. The only downside is that the diaper’s thickness makes my small baby’s bottom look huge. Otherwise, they’re great. I highly recommend them.

Great products, top quality! And lots of little advantages...

Great

Fast and careful shipping. Quality product, as usual.

I quickly found the information I was looking for, with the illustrations needed to understand the products properly. On receipt, I was very satisfied with the products.

Everything was received in good condition and seems to meet my expectations.

Delivery is fast. We are informed of each step by email, 8 in total. The website is clear and easy to navigate.

Our first order gave us complete satisfaction, so we’re ordering more diapers here after trying other brands. The all-in-one diapers are good for nighttime but get dirty more quickly (with homemade detergent), so we mainly use TE2 diapers with bamboo inserts. TE2 diapers are really practical when traveling and easier to care for. You can wash the inserts at a higher temperature without risking damage to the waterproof outer layer or the elastics. The diaper itself doesn’t need to be washed at a high temperature and is easy to clean. If the elastics get stained, hand-washing them with a little detergent or dish soap makes them nice and white again. We use about ten diapers and 30 inserts, doing laundry every two days. We’re only ordering diapers because we have enough inserts, but we prefer to change the outer diaper at almost every change. Our little one is 3 months old and has no red bottom (except after trying two detergents, Rainette Marseille soap and Biocoop lavender, while on vacation). We don’t use liners, but clean them immediately after a bowel movement (our baby is breastfed), and it works perfectly. We’re delighted, and we’ll see how things go once we start introducing solid foods... Thank you, Maman et Bébé Nature!

Order received as expected. I received an email later saying that orders over €50 came with a gift, but I missed out on it... :/

Great product and super-fast delivery.

Order fulfilled as requested.

Satisfied. Delivered on time.

Fast shipping, good product.

Great website, very well designed!

Very fast delivery, great diapers, but I didn’t receive the waterproof bag...

On-time delivery. The shop has lots of good products for babies.

The parcel wasn’t delivered to the right address. I had filled in the form so it would be sent directly to the recipient, so it was probably a computer glitch! Let’s not dwell on it.

Very clear website, fast delivery and everything as ordered. Great!

Fast and careful delivery!
