Customer reviews of Maman et Bébé Nature

Since the baby has not been born yet, I can't tell you whether they are effective, but the four stars are for their practicality compared with other reusable diapers. They look easy to use.

I am happy with my order (and can't wait to try it). The different inserts are very soft and the diapers are comfortable. I'm just a little disappointed because I ordered the TE2 starter kit just before it was restocked, so I had no choice (we're expecting a boy, and the only pack available had an orange diaper and a patterned one, but they were still nice). However, when my order arrived, I received a black diaper instead of the orange one. When I checked the website, I saw that these were the colors in the new packs offered after the restock. I would have liked you to contact me to let me know about the change, or simply let me choose from the new colors that had arrived. I didn't really want black for my baby.

Nice website; you can find useful information in the blog articles.

Very satisfied with my order. Outstanding responsiveness despite the current health crisis. I have recommended your products to my friends who are parents.

The mobile site navigation is a little confusing, but otherwise there's a good selection of products and fast shipping.

Delivery matched the order. The only minor issue was that a small square had been cut into the box with a box cutter. Luckily, the order was complete.

Good, except the product return process is long and not intuitive. Getting a refund isn't easy either (more than a month has passed since I made my request).

Easy-to-use website, easy-to-understand explanations, and fast delivery.

No problems with the order

Always good quality, and order preparation is super fast. Very satisfied overall, even though one diaper came without an insert.

I can't give it 5 stars yet, as I haven't given birth (in May), but the quality, colors, and softness of the products are excellent. Now I just need to try them.

Very fast shipping, and it arrived very quickly too.

Good

The website is easy to understand and well organized. It's a shame that home delivery isn't free given how much we spent... The diapers and inserts are just what we wanted.

Fast delivery. Efficient after-sales service (they called me to correct an order).

Most of the items I received matched what we see on the website, except for the all-in-one diaper with the little green leaves, whose color differs from the website. Otherwise, very happy with the order—now all that's left is to try them out.

Perfect order. I'm just disappointed to find that these are Chinese-made diapers that have been relabeled and sold for three times the price!

Good range of products, fast shipping.

Very fast delivery! The products look like they're very good quality!

The site is pleasant and easy to use. However, I would have liked to find advice about problems you might encounter when starting out (care, leaks, etc.).

Very good diaper, I think. I had a leak on the sides after about 2.5 hours, but I’ll see after several washes whether the problem is fixed.

Customer service is attentive and the site is very clear.

Very good.

Very satisfied, except for the Oeko-Tex bamboo washable wipes, which I find extremely thin and would not have ordered if I had known beforehand.

The diapers are very pretty and seem to be good quality. The TE2 diapers with bamboo inserts are very practical. Fast delivery with no surprises.

Well explained and fast delivery.

Fast delivery. Received a lot of emails.

No particular issues, although given the delivery price, that’s the least you’d expect.

The parcel arrived quickly. I was delighted to see there was no plastic packaging for the diapers and inserts! I ordered two STARTANDGO lots, TE1 and TE2. The TE1s are great and very soft. I’ll have to see how the TE2s perform in use, as the flaps inside seem a little large. The bamboo inserts are very soft; I’m less keen on the microfiber ones, which are rougher.

Pretty and practical diaper. The size is suitable for a 2-and-a-half-month-old baby who isn't very big. However, the snaps aren't practical; hook-and-loop fasteners would be easier to adjust on the baby.

I was disappointed when I realized the diapers are made in China... but I'm happy with my purchase.

Good, no problems with my order.

Very easy to navigate, clear information, and very easy to find your way around the site.

I haven't tried the diapers yet because the baby isn't here yet, so I can't judge their quality. However, shipping was fast, the packaging was perfect, and the service was very professional.

Easy navigation. Nice presentation.

Order received very quickly and exactly as expected. Very satisfied with the site and the products.

Great

Delivery is fast. We are informed of each step by email, 8 in total. The website is clear and easy to navigate.

Order received as expected. I received an email later saying that orders over €50 came with a gift, but I missed out on it... :/

On-time delivery. The shop has lots of good products for babies.
