I love the reusable swim diaper... A little first-use guide would have been appreciated, but you learn from your mistakes. In any case, baby loves it

A very good website, well designed and very clear. Its products are very good quality. I bought my first set of diapers when my son was born because I fell in love with this set. After trying these diapers and another brand for a while, I ultimately chose Maman et Bébé Nature. I really loved using them every day; they're beautiful, practical, and reliable. I feel at ease when my son wears these diapers, with no unpleasant surprises... So I eventually decided to resell the diapers from the other brand and bought two sets from Maman et Bébé Nature. Now I only use this brand, and I'm delighted. I recommend it without hesitation.

Swim diapers: tested and approved. A little disappointed with the color, which looked brighter on the website than in real life.

I love Maman & Bébé Nature! The products are high quality, there's a wide selection, and the colors are so cute! Our first baby wore only their reusable diapers, and we were very satisfied. We recommend them for our second baby! Very fast delivery.

I didn't know the site, but it was great. I received the mattress; the only downside is that the cover around it isn't big enough, so it folds the mattress in half. The parcel came with 3 diapers. Thank you for the thoughtful gesture.

The product meets expectations. I think it's a shame that after placing an order worth over 400 euros, I was offered a nursing necklace only with a future order. The gift would have been welcome with this order.

Response from Maman et Bébé Nature
Hello,
We understand your disappointment. However, once the parcel has been sent, it is impossible for us to add the gift to the order. We would be happy to include the necklace with your next order, with no minimum purchase. Just remind us. Kind regards, Customer Service.

I bought bamboo charcoal inserts to add to my stock of reusable diapers. Added to a regular insert, it means I never have leaks anymore, and the stay-dry effect works well too.

Very nice item, but delivery took far too long, even taking the Easter weekend into account. I won't order again.

Response from Maman et Bébé Nature
Hello, you chose Mondial Relay, which is certainly an inexpensive carrier but has longer delivery times. The Easter weekend did indeed extend the delivery time, which unfortunately is beyond our control. We dispatched your order as soon as your purchase was confirmed. Kind regards, Customer Service.

Response from Maman et Bébé Nature
Hello, the dimensions of the items are listed in the ad and clearly explained. You wanted to pay by bank cheque, which we do not accept, but we still made an exception for you. In the end, we get a bad rating for something that was stated in the ad and clearly visible in the photo. It's a shame we went to all that trouble for you, only to receive a rating of 1.....
