I ordered a mega pack of TE2 diapers. There was a mistake with just one diaper (a TE1 instead of a TE2). The logistics team was very responsive; they sent me the correct diaper along with a prepaid envelope to return the incorrect one. I'm really delighted with the customer service. I highly recommend them! Thank you

Satisfied. The only downside is that the diapers are a little thick, so it's not always easy to dress baby in clothes that fit...

Great! We haven't tried them yet, but you can really see the quality! Probably better once we've started introducing solids, but we're still not disappointed!! Go for it!

So far, no problems. Pretty print, easy to use, lightweight even in the water and when getting out. It looks like an air bubble underwater.

There was an error when my parcel arrived, but customer service was responsive and efficient. I am waiting for the replacement parcel, but I am very satisfied with how the issue has been handled so far. I cannot comment on the items yet, as I am still waiting to receive them.

No issues, fast delivery. Our previous sets of diapers lasted about 18 months before the waterproof coating on the diaper covers started to break down.

So far, I’m happy with my purchase. I’ll see how things go once the baby arrives. One downside, though: the white inserts take a very long time to dry (we have an indoor drying rack with a heat pump right above it, and they still take over 48 hours to dry...). It’s really inconvenient. I have to put them in the tumble dryer. I hope that doesn’t wear them out too quickly.

Response from Maman et Bébé Nature
Thank you for your feedback on our products! Please note that tumble-drying the inserts is beneficial, as it helps tighten the fabric fibers. However, we recommend using a delicate drying cycle.

Hi, the cotton is comfortable to wear. And the fact that the pads can be folded is a very practical and clever idea.
