Please note in particular that new diapers and inserts may leak because the fabrics have not yet been broken in and have therefore not reached their maximum absorbency. The inserts will reach their maximum absorbency after 10 to 15 soaks. Finally, did you follow our fitting advice? Sometimes an incorrect fit is enough to cause leaks. Regarding delivery, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery within 24 hours; like you, we depend on the transport company's performance.

Good, the only shame is that the protective liners could be a little more waterproof to keep the baby's poop in, and wider so the diaper doesn't get dirty every time (on the sides). Otherwise, the designs are lovely, with a variety of patterns, and the materials are as shown in the listing; they seem good for baby's skin. The diaper's 'size adjustment' system could save you time and money, although it does make the diaper quite bulky under clothes, just so you know. The diapers and inserts dry super quickly, which is great! Finally, an important point: despite being quite thick and made of very soft material, these inserts attach with a snap that doesn't seem to be in the right place to make the insert cover the entire bottom of the diaper. The snap in the diaper is a few centimeters below the top, while the insert's snap is right at the very top of the insert. Why is it designed this way? Could there be a defect? Regarding the protective liners, they cannot be waterproof because that is not their purpose. They are specifically designed to catch poop while allowing urine to pass through.
The snap at the front of the diaper is designed to absorb as much as possible, which is why it is not placed right at the very top of the diaper (the flow does not reach that far).

Inserts that fall apart are often not rinsed after changing the baby. The ammonia in urine, if it is not rinsed off after a change, can damage your inserts (especially those made from plant-based materials such as bamboo) and eat away at the fabric. We do not recommend disposable liners while babies are exclusively breastfed. They are very thin and are better suited to formed or semi-formed stools. In addition, the stools of breastfed babies are water-soluble and can be easily rinsed off with water, although they may stain.

Lovely fabric, very soft and pleasant. Unfortunately, in my opinion, they're better suited as makeup-removing pads than as wipes for changing a baby... They're too thin for my taste, and I find they hold up less well to repeated high-temperature washes than the classic range I tried before (they shed fibers and seem to get thinner).
