*So-so after-sales service, not very helpful... *A very limited choice of TE2 diapers compared with TE1, which is very annoying and frustrating! *Good, inexpensive products, which is why I continue to shop with them...

Shipping was a little slow, but reasonable. The diapers seem to be good quality, but I haven't tested them yet.

The products are great, but the site has a lot of bugs that make ordering difficult.

Delivery time was as promised. The diapers are very pretty and practical. An extra snap at the other end would have been a plus. Free delivery would also be a small improvement. Otherwise, the site is very well designed, and the explanations are precise and help you make a choice. The TE2 diapers I chose are very easy to use every day. I recommend them.

I ordered a pack of ten diapers, but only six arrived. Customer service told me there had been a mistake and said I should just compare the prices with other diapers (as if I had nothing better to do).... On the other hand, the diapers are pretty good, lighter than other brands but just as protective.

I ordered:
Pack of 5 bamboo inserts for cloth diapers
Microfiber insert for cloth diaper
All-in-two cloth diaper (AI2), snap waterproof cover - Lucky Star
The products look good. I simply noticed that the bamboo inserts take a little while to dry.
I haven't used them yet because the baby hasn't been born yet; the due date is early October.

Very happy. Just a little disappointed that an item was out of stock and I had to wait several days, even though I had paid for 24-hour delivery.

Difficult to browse the site because it's impossible to filter by product type. However, the photos accurately represent the products. You can't see the back of the diapers.

Slightly disappointed with my latest order, not with the products themselves but with the description of the all-in-one diapers.
However, overall, everything was very satisfactory, from order handling and processing to shipping and delivery.
And of course, I recommend "Maman et Bébé Nature" for the quality of its products and simply to encourage the use of cloth diapers... I will also order my supplies from this site again!
See you soon, Maman et Bébé Nature!

More instructions on how to use them and a few tips would be helpful... (how to remove golden-yellow poop stains! How to stop them spreading beyond the inserts, whether to choose an insert that goes inside or outside...). What a shame. Otherwise, the material is great and delivery was very good.

After a successful trial with the discovery pack, we were disappointed to receive different diapers (because they were less practical) from the ones we had tried.

I’m happy with my purchase, but the elastics leave marks on my chubby baby’s thighs.

Pleasant website, easy to navigate. The diaper selection is excellent and varied to suit different tastes. The only small issue I’ve noticed so far is that with the TE2 diapers, you can only attach one snap-in insert at a time. They don’t offer inserts that can be combined with others. Also, for newborns, the insert is a little too large and needs to be folded; a range with smaller inserts could be useful. I haven’t used them yet. I bought them in advance to test the product for my future granddaughter and wash the inserts at my leisure so they can reach optimal absorbency.

The diapers are completely satisfactory. I think they would be too big for a 3 kg baby, since I use them on my 6 kg baby with the snaps on the tightest setting. The black inserts are great, as is the value for money.

Please make sure your website is secure. My credit card was hacked right after I made purchases on your site, which is nevertheless great. Thanks in advance.

After placing my order, I had some delivery problems, but customer service resolved them.
The only downside was the order: the protective liners are too thin and difficult to separate, even though they are pre-cut.

The order arrived very quickly and the package was in perfect condition. I'm very satisfied. I won't be able to give my opinion on the diapers for a few months!

I'm waiting for the baby to arrive before trying the diapers and inserts. Everything looks to be good quality, and I don't regret my purchase. To be continued...

I had trouble understanding the differences between the three models. I think a short explanatory page would be helpful, as cloth diapers can be difficult to get to grips with!

Perfect! Good layout, easy to place an order. It's a shame to receive so much plastic with the order (the whole order wrapped in plastic instead of cardboard, and a plastic bag for EACH diaper).
