Customer reviews of Maman et Bébé Nature

I'm delighted, the diapers are so beautiful!! I've only just started using cloth diapers. I bought 3, and I'm definitely going to get more. I use them during the day for now; my 5-month-old is breastfed, but soon I'll use them at night too. I like the idea of adjustable diapers, so I won't need to change them as my baby grows.

Well-designed website. Fast delivery. Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. Quality items, as described.

Easy to access and use

Very good!

After placing my order, I had some delivery problems, but customer service resolved them.
The only downside was the order: the protective liners are too thin and difficult to separate, even though they are pre-cut.

Very good, as usual!

Very smooth and convenient website for searching, with product descriptions that provide relevant answers. The order was shipped quickly and carefully.

Order received quickly. Excellent value for money

Once again, delighted with the fast shipping and the quality of the products I ordered.

The diapers I received match the pictures on the website, which accurately show their appearance (colors/finishes...). Very beautiful patterns and the fabric looks high-quality.
The package included a full page of instructions on how to care for the diapers, which I thought was great!
I haven't tried the diapers yet, as the inserts need to be washed several times before use for optimal absorbency, as explained in the instructions.

Good website with natural and eco-friendly solutions for caring for babies and moms.

Very beautiful

Very responsive. I had problems making the payment and was contacted quickly.
The package was sent to Réunion quickly.

Very good

Very good customer service, clear website.

The order arrived fairly quickly.

I was skeptical at first because you have to make a bank transfer to a private account, but after checking by phone, the order arrived quickly after payment.

Very satisfied with our order. Fast delivery.

Clear and great website.

A wide selection of adjustable cloth diapers, from birth to potty training. Lovely colors and comfortable microfiber inserts. I would recommend the site to parents and parents-to-be.

Well packaged, carefully prepared, and instructions for beginners. Pre-purchase support is available and answers our questions quickly. A choice of different models. I recommend it.

Lots of choice, good quality.

Very good website. Fast order processing and products as described.

I really like this site, which offers good-quality products at very affordable prices. Deliveries are fast, as is order processing. The only downside is that shipping costs are a little high. Otherwise, it's very good. I recommend it.

Fast and efficient shipping.

Pleasant and convenient website to browse.

Very good, fast and efficient service!

Clear website. Photos match the products.

This is my second order and I'm still not disappointed!

A clear website full of useful explanations for anyone starting out with cloth diapers. Affordable prices.

Very good

Clear, well-designed website; products are easy to find.

Not enough information about the different types of diapers.

Very good!

I'm delighted with my purchases (this was the second time I had ordered from this website). The customer service is also very pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated the phone call to let me know about a possible delivery delay and offer a solution if necessary!

Very efficient

I was hesitating between 2 and 3 stars. What I liked: the fairly well-designed website, fast shipping, and the customer service team's quick response in calling me after their initial mistake with the parcel. What I would have appreciated: having a replacement product sent by express delivery, since the mistake was theirs. What I really didn't like: 1) A diaper is described as having a bamboo charcoal inner layer and a bamboo insert, but I received one made of 100% polyester (this is clearly stated on the diaper's label), with a fleece lining, which is also polyester... I contacted customer service but haven't had a reply in 9 days... 2) I think the prices are ultimately too high considering the quality.

Very good product

I've visited many cloth diaper websites, but this one was the most pleasant to use. The navigation is very intuitive, and the products and bundles on offer are nice and reasonably priced (it's just a shame you can't choose the colors and patterns of the diapers in the large bundles).

Pleasant website, everything is very well explained, excellent value for money.
