Maman et Bébé Nature consistently delivers reliable service with fast, on-time delivery and carefully packaged parcels that reflect attention to detail. Customers highlight a broad and appealing product range, including cute, practical swimsuits and reusable swim diapers, with many noting accurate descriptions and items matching expectations. The store also earns strong praise for responsive, knowledgeable staff and helpful advice, as well as the quality and practicality of products like absorbent cotton liners and machine-washable diapers. Overall, shoppers repeatedly mention repeat purchases with satisfaction across product quality, delivery efficiency, and customer care.
Very pretty, good-quality swimsuits. However, one of the two swimsuits I ordered couldn't be delivered because it was out of stock... excellent follow-up from customer service to help me choose another one (although there was no goodwill gesture). A little disappointed with the liners, which aren't what I expected (they seem less resistant to washing, as I reuse them if they're only soiled with urine).

The website is pretty good, but I am disappointed that I didn't receive exactly the diapers I ordered because they were out of stock, even though this wasn't mentioned when I placed my order.

The website is very well designed and easy to navigate; you can quickly find what you're looking for. I knew nothing about cloth diapers, and the website quickly answered my questions. I decided to give them a try and I'm delighted! The package arrived quickly and the items matched what I had seen on the website. I recommend the cloth diapers from Maman et Bébé Nature. They adapt easily to baby's shape and are very simple to use and care for.

The packs are perfect. The diapers are good quality, even if the finishing on the inserts could be better, but that doesn't really matter. Excellent absorbency! We had leaks at night, but since we stopped fastening the bodysuit with anything but the center snap, we've had no more problems! Very good customer service that responds quickly to requests. Almost a year later, I absolutely don't regret my order.
