Customer reviews of Maman et Bébé Nature

Clear website, easy to use; quality products, well packaged and delivered quickly.

Very well-designed website

Easy-to-access website.

A stock shortage issue was resolved quickly.

Nothing to complain about. The reservation system is ideal for giving a baby shower gift.

A good website, but not sure about the product dimensions.

Delivery took 7 days, but given the circumstances, that is understandable. I can't wait for the baby to arrive so we can try your diapers.

I'm satisfied with the product, but for someone new to cloth diapers, it would have been really helpful to tell customers that buying extra inserts is highly recommended. You need 2 inserts at night for the baby's comfort, so by morning, the 4 remaining ones aren't enough to last through the day. So I'll have to place another order and pay the extra shipping costs, which aren't cheap! If I had bought the pack of 20 inserts at the same time, I wouldn't have had to pay shipping. This website doesn't offer enough advice to customers.

The diapers are so pretty! And very practical. I'm really happy with them; they're easy to care for. For now, we put an insert in the pocket along with the liner, and it works really well! Then we store them in a bucket before washing them. It's really economical because babies grow so quickly. I really don't regret trying cloth diapers. Very good value for money. Delivery was on time and the products matched the order.

The website is easy to navigate. Fast delivery. A fairly wide selection of items.

Perfect

The products are exactly as expected!! Just one microfiber insert is slightly unstitched. Now we just have to wait for the baby to arrive so we can put the website's advice into practice; it was also included in the package!

The package arrived quickly and in very good condition. I'm happy with my order!

I love them! I use the Sensitive collection TE2 diapers during the day (I did give in and buy 2 patterned diapers, and I'm eagerly waiting for the new collection at the end of May) and I use the all-in-ones at night. The information provided over the phone was excellent.

Very good website, fast delivery

The website is fairly clear and easy to use

Very good products, fast delivery.

The website is quite well designed; however, I wish there were an easy option to choose the diaper colors in the bundles, since not everyone necessarily likes all the colors!

Very good website. I had seen the diapers on Facebook but couldn't find them on the website. I sent a message and got a reply very quickly, and I was able to find the diapers I wanted.

Very happy with the items from Maman & Bébé Nature. They're good quality and I've already recommended them ;)

The package arrived quickly despite the lockdown. Very pretty cloth diapers that look to be good quality. Now I just have to try them.

The product I was interested in was presented in detail. Browsing was fairly smooth and efficient. I'm happy with the delivery, which was really fast despite the circumstances.

Order arrived in very good condition

Great washable swim diaper, looks fantastic, now I just need to try it! And super-fast delivery

The package arrived quickly despite the lockdown. Everything was well packaged, and the diaper colors match the photos. I haven't tried them yet, but I'm delighted with the quality when handling them.

My first order, just out of curiosity, and I'm genuinely delighted with it.

Order received extremely quickly despite the difficult circumstances. As always, the product is good quality. I recommend this website and its products to anyone looking for eco-friendly and economical options.

Very well explained

No problems with the order. Delivery was particularly fast given the current circumstances, and the order was carefully prepared!

Beautiful, colorful website with good explanations

Product arrived quickly despite COVID-19. Product being tested.

Very good. The website is very well designed and easy to navigate. I contacted customer service via Messenger for information before placing my order. They were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The order was perfect. The products are very good quality. I am very satisfied and would recommend them!

Very clear website with excellent advice.

The website is very well managed, with good advice, and is very clear.

Since the baby has not been born yet, I can't tell you whether they are effective, but the four stars are for their practicality compared with other reusable diapers. They look easy to use.

I am happy with my order (and can't wait to try it). The different inserts are very soft and the diapers are comfortable. I'm just a little disappointed because I ordered the TE2 starter kit just before it was restocked, so I had no choice (we're expecting a boy, and the only pack available had an orange diaper and a patterned one, but they were still nice). However, when my order arrived, I received a black diaper instead of the orange one. When I checked the website, I saw that these were the colors in the new packs offered after the restock. I would have liked you to contact me to let me know about the change, or simply let me choose from the new colors that had arrived. I didn't really want black for my baby.

Nice website; you can find useful information in the blog articles.

Perfect delivery. The website is very well designed and clearly explained, which is much appreciated.

Very clear, if there is
