Sensitive range diapers are good quality, and the cotton inserts work well, although they're a little thick. Some colors were unavailable, but customer service quickly offered an alternative. Very responsive!

Easy and less expensive

Arrived quickly, in one week, even though I'm in the French overseas department (974). Brand-new material, very, very, very, very soft. It's a shame it doesn't retain that extreme softness after the first wash, but it's still soft for baby's bottom. Does the job well!

Very good products. Disappointed that the designs I chose for my two orders were out of stock and that this wasn't mentioned when ordering.

Great quality, just a little disappointed. I placed an order for 115 euros and, after confirming and paying for my basket, I saw that a waterproof bag is free with purchases over 120 euros. A reminder before payment would be appreciated!

Not absorbent enough and a little expensive for the quality of the diapers

Good, the only shame is that the protective liners could be a little more waterproof to keep the baby's poop in, and wider so the diaper doesn't get dirty every time (on the sides). Otherwise, the designs are lovely, with a variety of patterns, and the materials are as shown in the listing; they seem good for baby's skin. The diaper's 'size adjustment' system could save you time and money, although it does make the diaper quite bulky under clothes, just so you know. The diapers and inserts dry super quickly, which is great! Finally, an important point: despite being quite thick and made of very soft material, these inserts attach with a snap that doesn't seem to be in the right place to make the insert cover the entire bottom of the diaper. The snap in the diaper is a few centimeters below the top, while the insert's snap is right at the very top of the insert. Why is it designed this way? Could there be a defect? Disappointed that I paid for home delivery when my parcel was delivered to a pickup point. Also, the diapers cannot be used for children weighing 3 kg; they are too big, even with the size-reducing snaps. Otherwise, very good quality and fairly clear instructions for use.

I am very satisfied with the product, even though the washable cotton liners tend to slip around in the diaper because of their simple rectangular shape. However, I am very unhappy with the delivery service selected by the brand. Delivery was really too expensive (half the price of the product...) and it was sent to a pickup point, too, despite being a very small parcel.

Very good and fast delivery. The TE2 diapers and microfiber inserts are great! Disappointed with the 4-layer bamboo and microfiber inserts, which fall apart after 6-7 months of use.

I’ve been using cloth diapers for about two weeks, and so far there have been leaks—and not just minor ones. I think I’ve washed them at least 10 or 15 times, and they still aren’t waterproof. They’re pretty, but they aren’t doing their job at the moment.
Also, while they do create less waste, given the amount of water used to wash them, as well as the clothes and sheets, I’m not sure the environmental impact is all that great. I have to admit I’m very disappointed, especially since I spent over €200 in total because I really believed in them...
I’ll keep trying, though, and see whether they live up to their promise in the long run.
As for delivery and packaging, everything was perfect; I have no complaints.

Possible site, beautiful products

Fast delivery and the products are beautiful!!! We can't wait to try our diapers :) However, we were very worried when our parcel arrived because the box was torn open (as if it had been cut with a box cutter), and the diapers weren't protected. Fortunately, the products weren't damaged.

I give it 3 stars because the website is well designed, but there isn't enough information about the diapers and how they work.

I think the website is well designed; it's easy to find what you're looking for, and there's quite a lot of information.

Perfect: products, offer, delivery times.

Lovely fabric, very soft and pleasant. Unfortunately, in my opinion, they're better suited as makeup-removing pads than as wipes for changing a baby... They're too thin for my taste, and I find they hold up less well to repeated high-temperature washes than the classic range I tried before (they shed fibers and seem to get thinner). A lovely product, but it doesn't meet my current needs. Twins go through a lot of wipes!

The website is quite easy to use; you quickly understand how to navigate it and what to choose. Perhaps one improvement could be the option to put together your own set of diapers? The value for money speaks for itself; the diapers are very cute, and we can't wait to try them on our baby! Delivery was very, very fast, and we're very satisfied.
