Maman et Bébé Nature consistently delivers reliable service with fast, on-time delivery and carefully packaged parcels that reflect attention to detail. Customers highlight a broad and appealing product range, including cute, practical swimsuits and reusable swim diapers, with many noting accurate descriptions and items matching expectations. The store also earns strong praise for responsive, knowledgeable staff and helpful advice, as well as the quality and practicality of products like absorbent cotton liners and machine-washable diapers. Overall, shoppers repeatedly mention repeat purchases with satisfaction across product quality, delivery efficiency, and customer care.
Disappointed that I paid for home delivery when my parcel was delivered to a pickup point. Also, the diapers cannot be used for children weighing 3 kg; they are too big, even with the size-reducing snaps. Otherwise, very good quality and fairly clear instructions for use.

I am very satisfied with the product, even though the washable cotton liners tend to slip around in the diaper because of their simple rectangular shape. However, I am very unhappy with the delivery service selected by the brand. Delivery was really too expensive (half the price of the product...) and it was sent to a pickup point, too, despite being a very small parcel.

After contacting Maman Bébé about a parcel that hadn't been delivered, the company sent me a replacement product very quickly. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. There were no problems with this new shipment.

Very good and fast delivery. The TE2 diapers and microfiber inserts are great! Disappointed with the 4-layer bamboo and microfiber inserts, which fall apart after 6-7 months of use.
Translated reviews
Response from Maman et Bébé Nature
Thank you for your feedback on our products. Regarding your inserts, it is not normal for them to fall apart after 6 months of use. Something may be wrong with your care routine. Inserts that fall apart are often not rinsed after changing the baby. The ammonia in urine, if it is not rinsed off after a change, can damage your inserts (especially those made from plant-based materials such as bamboo) and eat away at the fabric. Please don't hesitate to contact us by phone (04 38 21 39 50) or email at [email protected] so we can help you.

After 7 months of use, we have replenished our stock and are very satisfied with the TE2 diapers. I would not hesitate to recommend your brand to anyone wanting to get started. Thank you for your quality products at attractive prices compared with your competitors! See you soon for training pants and a little swimsuit for next season.

I'm very satisfied with my order, which I received quickly. One item I ordered was no longer available, so the manager called me and offered a similar item. When the parcel arrived, one item was missing. I called the store, and they sent it out again that same day. I 100% recommend them. Quality item, fast shipping, and the manager is very kind and attentive!!!

The order was processed and shipped quickly. The diapers are very beautiful. I've been using this type of diaper for about nine months and am very satisfied. They're practical and easy to care for. I use a detergent that rinses out very well, and I definitely recommend washing them at 60 degrees. Tumble-drying on a delicate setting is no problem. They haven't changed at all, not even the coating. Great product, thank you!

However, it's a shame that I pay taxes to you and then have to pay taxes again for the French overseas departments. The parcel ends up costing me a lot more.

Unfortunately, deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories are subject to these customs regulations. This is beyond our control.

I'm very happy to have received my order. The diapers are great and exactly as described. I appreciate the plastic-free packaging and the very little waste. With 10 TE2 diapers and 40 inserts, I think we're off to a good start. The little fleece liners for a stay-dry effect are a real bonus. I recommend them.
