I had trouble connecting to the website. The selected patterns were out of stock, so delivery was very late. However, customer service was very friendly, accommodating, responsive, and easy to reach online and by phone. Thank you. The products are very satisfactory. There was a small complimentary wipe in the package, a thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated. Have a nice day.

Very satisfied with the quality of the diapers. After an item went out of stock, I was contacted and asked whether I needed to change the colors right away. Since I could wait, I only had to wait a week to get the ones I wanted. Customer service is provided by a very kind person. I recommend your products. Thank you for your professionalism.

Fast delivery, but I’m rather disappointed that I didn’t receive the model I asked for. I ordered two TE2 starter kits in pink (I have a little girl). I did receive the Indian print, but got the Pineapple print instead of Sun and Fun.

Fast delivery, exactly as ordered. My third child is using cloth diapers for the first time; I regret not using them for my first two.

There aren’t enough instructions on how to adjust the diaper size for a newborn (there are lots of snaps, but what do you do with the excess fabric when it’s too big?). The insert seems bigger than the diaper; will it be uncomfortable when folded? So many questions without answers.

The diapers seem to be good quality and the prints are lovely. My order was shipped quickly. The diapers are almost dry when they come out of the washing machine. Now I just need to try them on the baby!

I’m delighted with the diapers I received. They’re good quality and easy to use; now I just need to get started using them regularly! Regarding customer service, I was contacted because the colors I ordered were out of stock. They were very welcoming, pleasant, and friendly! (They even gave me some diapers with prints that normally cost more to make me happy!) Thank you. I’ll see how they go before ordering more!

Easy-to-use website, fast delivery. The diapers seem to be good quality at first glance, at least the pocket all-in-ones, because the two-part diapers have a gusset that often leaves marks on my baby's skin despite adjusting them.

As for the website itself, I find that some descriptions are not clear enough and do not necessarily inspire confidence. However, the human support behind it is as clear and efficient as can be.
