I started with all-in-ones from birth, then switched to two-part diapers during the day and all-in-ones at night. I really wanted to use cloth diapers for my third baby. If only I'd known, I would have made this choice eight years ago. I'm really glad I chose this brand. I'm very satisfied with them.

Great diaper, excellent insert. The only thing I’d add to your website is a tutorial showing how to put on the different layers, because the guide with just one photo of the positions isn’t enough. Kind regards.

I’ve been using cloth diapers for about two weeks, and so far there have been leaks—and not just minor ones. I think I’ve washed them at least 10 or 15 times, and they still aren’t waterproof. They’re pretty, but they aren’t doing their job at the moment.
Also, while they do create less waste, given the amount of water used to wash them, as well as the clothes and sheets, I’m not sure the environmental impact is all that great. I have to admit I’m very disappointed, especially since I spent over €200 in total because I really believed in them...
I’ll keep trying, though, and see whether they live up to their promise in the long run.
As for delivery and packaging, everything was perfect; I have no complaints.

Hello,
We’re sorry that you’re not satisfied with your order. Leaks can sometimes occur during the first few uses, often because of an incorrect fit, especially when the child is still very young. I invite you to read this article about leaks, which will help you identify the cause of the leaks you’re experiencing: https://mamanetbebenature.fr/blog/113_causes-fuites-couches-lavables.html
Have you contacted customer service so we can review how you’re using the diapers? If you haven’t yet, please get in touch by email at [email protected] or by phone at 04 38 21 39 50.
I’m available if you need any further information.
Have a lovely day.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. A few weeks ago, we introduced packs of 10 TE1 diapers with bamboo inserts. We are considering extending this option to other TE1 diaper packs and individual diapers. Your microfiber inserts are not necessarily wasted; you can use them as boosters for naps or overnight at first, and then regularly as your child grows.
