The bank transfer took a very long time to arrive... I had to wait 10 days for my parcel to be sent... Fast shipping after that.

Great quality, just a little disappointed. I placed an order for 115 euros and, after confirming and paying for my basket, I saw that a waterproof bag is free with purchases over 120 euros. A reminder before payment would be appreciated!

Good, the only shame is that the protective liners could be a little more waterproof to keep the baby's poop in, and wider so the diaper doesn't get dirty every time (on the sides). Otherwise, the designs are lovely, with a variety of patterns, and the materials are as shown in the listing; they seem good for baby's skin. The diaper's 'size adjustment' system could save you time and money, although it does make the diaper quite bulky under clothes, just so you know. The diapers and inserts dry super quickly, which is great! Finally, an important point: despite being quite thick and made of very soft material, these inserts attach with a snap that doesn't seem to be in the right place to make the insert cover the entire bottom of the diaper. The snap in the diaper is a few centimeters below the top, while the insert's snap is right at the very top of the insert. Why is it designed this way? Could there be a defect? I’ve been using cloth diapers for about two weeks, and so far there have been leaks—and not just minor ones. I think I’ve washed them at least 10 or 15 times, and they still aren’t waterproof. They’re pretty, but they aren’t doing their job at the moment.
Also, while they do create less waste, given the amount of water used to wash them, as well as the clothes and sheets, I’m not sure the environmental impact is all that great. I have to admit I’m very disappointed, especially since I spent over €200 in total because I really believed in them...
I’ll keep trying, though, and see whether they live up to their promise in the long run.
As for delivery and packaging, everything was perfect; I have no complaints.

Fast delivery and the products are beautiful!!! We can't wait to try our diapers :) However, we were very worried when our parcel arrived because the box was torn open (as if it had been cut with a box cutter), and the diapers weren't protected. Fortunately, the products weren't damaged.

The website is quite easy to use; you quickly understand how to navigate it and what to choose. Perhaps one improvement could be the option to put together your own set of diapers? The value for money speaks for itself; the diapers are very cute, and we can't wait to try them on our baby! Delivery was very, very fast, and we're very satisfied.

The website is clear and well detailed. A 10% discount on a first order might be a good idea.

It's great and really pretty, but it could use a little more explanation, especially for beginners. Otherwise, everything is perfect and matches my order, which arrived very quickly. We'll see how it goes over time. My son had a slight reaction, but I don't yet know if it was caused by the diapers.

I just received the pack I ordered. There was a small issue with my bank transfer payment, which delayed delivery. Otherwise, the product met my expectations. I've washed them once and have already started testing them, even though they won't reach optimal absorbency until after 10–15 washes. Easy to use and comfortable for the baby.
