Customer reviews of Maman et Bébé Nature

Delivery is fast. We are informed of each step by email, 8 in total. The website is clear and easy to navigate.

Our first order gave us complete satisfaction, so we’re ordering more diapers here after trying other brands. The all-in-one diapers are good for nighttime but get dirty more quickly (with homemade detergent), so we mainly use TE2 diapers with bamboo inserts. TE2 diapers are really practical when traveling and easier to care for. You can wash the inserts at a higher temperature without risking damage to the waterproof outer layer or the elastics. The diaper itself doesn’t need to be washed at a high temperature and is easy to clean. If the elastics get stained, hand-washing them with a little detergent or dish soap makes them nice and white again. We use about ten diapers and 30 inserts, doing laundry every two days. We’re only ordering diapers because we have enough inserts, but we prefer to change the outer diaper at almost every change. Our little one is 3 months old and has no red bottom (except after trying two detergents, Rainette Marseille soap and Biocoop lavender, while on vacation). We don’t use liners, but clean them immediately after a bowel movement (our baby is breastfed), and it works perfectly. We’re delighted, and we’ll see how things go once we start introducing solid foods... Thank you, Maman et Bébé Nature!

Order received as expected. I received an email later saying that orders over €50 came with a gift, but I missed out on it... :/

Great product and super-fast delivery.

Satisfied. Delivered on time.

Fast shipping, good product.

Great website, very well designed!

Very fast delivery, great diapers, but I didn’t receive the waterproof bag...

Super-fast delivery and great diapers, thanks.

Order received but not tested yet. Everything seems to meet my expectations!

Arrived on time, parcel in good condition. The cloth diapers are great! The website explains how to use them well and offers good advice.

Very fast delivery and excellent tracking

Delivery was faster than expected, good quality, not tested yet, but the diapers look pretty good

Really great

A standard website, well designed and easy to use. Orders arrive quickly and are well packaged. Too bad this site isn't more visible when searching for all-in-one cloth diapers.

This site helped us find the cloth diapers we were looking for.

The site is very clear!

Everything is very clear; there's nothing to criticize about how the website works. It's fun and practical. When my baby is born, if I need anything else to go with the set I bought, I'll come back to this site! I trust the quality of the products.

Perfect, very satisfied with both the delivery and the diapers themselves!

The parcel arrived on time. There was a small mishap, as the box was badly damaged on one side. Otherwise, the products are as described. Can't wait to use them with my little girl. Thank you.

Very fast delivery

The site is very clear and informative. A wide choice of colors and patterns. The suggested kits are interesting.

Fast delivery. Quick answers to questions.

A very reliable seller with excellent order tracking.

Very satisfied, fast shipping

Very well designed; you can quickly find what you're looking for.

Fast delivery with no problems

I ordered the pack of 15 cloth diapers and some extra microfiber inserts. For my second daughter, I wanted to try cloth diapers. I tested them overnight on my first daughter, who is 3 years old: the diaper plus 2 inserts didn't leak, which is encouraging. I'll see how they work with my second daughter, who is due in early January. The diapers come in lovely colors.

Very fast delivery and beautiful products. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this site again if needed! I recommend it.

Fast delivery with no problems. Products carefully packaged.

A little difficult to create an account. Otherwise, very reliable and very fast.

I paid for home delivery... The parcel was delivered to the building's caretaker even though I had stayed home to wait for it. I waited for nothing and therefore received it later than expected. Nevertheless, the products meet my expectations. Note: A few weeks ago, my first order was delivered to me in person. What happened the second time????

The diapers have only just been washed and haven't been tried yet, hence the 4 stars. The quality seems good, the elastics seem sturdy, and these cloth diapers should suit my little one. The only thing to check is the size. I didn't choose the newborn size, but my son is quite slim, so despite weighing 4 kg and a bit, I'm not sure they won't be a little too big.

Very fast delivery and very good products. Very satisfied.
