Customer reviews of Maman et Bébé Nature

Since the baby has not been born yet, I can't tell you whether they are effective, but the four stars are for their practicality compared with other reusable diapers. They look easy to use.

I am happy with my order (and can't wait to try it). The different inserts are very soft and the diapers are comfortable. I'm just a little disappointed because I ordered the TE2 starter kit just before it was restocked, so I had no choice (we're expecting a boy, and the only pack available had an orange diaper and a patterned one, but they were still nice). However, when my order arrived, I received a black diaper instead of the orange one. When I checked the website, I saw that these were the colors in the new packs offered after the restock. I would have liked you to contact me to let me know about the change, or simply let me choose from the new colors that had arrived. I didn't really want black for my baby.

Nice website; you can find useful information in the blog articles.

Perfect delivery. The website is very well designed and clearly explained, which is much appreciated.

Very clear, if there is

The diapers are so cute! The colors are really pretty, and changing diapers will be more fun!! Super-fast shipping and great advice!!!

Fast and friendly customer service, with a reasonable delivery time given the circumstances.

The staff are attentive and very responsive despite the lockdown. Excellent reusable diapers.

Very good communication, with very quick answers to our questions.

Haven't used them yet, but fast delivery, complete pack, and everything is very good quality.

Fast and careful shipping, product as described and well finished. We'll see if the quality holds up over time, but so far, nothing to complain about!

Order received quickly despite the lockdown.

Very good products with plenty of choice, fast and high-quality shipping.

Perfect!

Great website, easy to use. The diapers are even prettier in person. I recommend them ;)

Order placed and confirmed on Monday at 12 p.m., and delivered (within the same department) on Wednesday—super fast, especially considering we're in lockdown. The only minor issue, which doesn't matter much to me but might matter to other customers: one of the packs of four diapers I ordered contained two yellow diapers instead of one yellow and one black. Perhaps an email letting me know that the black diaper was out of stock would have been helpful. But I'm very happy with my order; now I just have to wait for the baby to try them!

Very satisfied with my order. Outstanding responsiveness despite the current health crisis. I have recommended your products to my friends who are parents.

Product as described and in perfect condition on arrival!

Easy to navigate website, with products well presented. Delivery took a little while, but the exceptional lockdown measures can cause these kinds of delays...

Intuitive and pleasant website. Fast, careful delivery. No excessive packaging, which we love! Now to try the diapers.

The order arrived very quickly. The diapers are beautiful; my daughter will look so cute in them and be really comfortable, I'm sure. A saving and an eco-friendly choice too. Thank you.

Perfect delivery (despite the lockdown). They are so pretty! And the pacifier clip included as a gift is just adorable. Now we just have to wait for the baby to arrive so we can try them out!

Fast

The mobile site navigation is a little confusing, but otherwise there's a good selection of products and fast shipping.

The parcel arrived in very good condition, and the carrier's tracking was good.

Nothing to say, perfect.

Delivery matched the order. The only minor issue was that a small square had been cut into the box with a box cutter. Luckily, the order was complete.

Good, except the product return process is long and not intuitive. Getting a refund isn't easy either (more than a month has passed since I made my request).

Customer service is always excellent, helpful and friendly, even during this difficult time. The microfiber inserts from the TE2 set were missing from the parcel. One quick phone call and they were sent out right away. Thank you for your responsiveness and professionalism!

Good quality. The baby hasn't arrived yet, so they haven't been tested, but the diaper is very pretty.

As described.

The website is very well designed.

Product as described.

Great, fast delivery even under the circumstances.

Perfect, thank you!

I've already bought the starter kit and I'm very happy with it. They're TE2 diapers, which means you don't have to wash the whole diaper every time. The online service is excellent and responsive if you have any questions. I recommend them 100%. I started using the diapers when my daughter was around four months old, when we began introducing solid foods, to avoid leaks.

I bought a pack of 10 TE2 cloth diapers with bamboo and microfiber inserts (plus nursing pads). It arrived on time, the parcel was complete, and the diapers seem to be good quality. I'll confirm after using them :) I recommend this website. Thank you for making sure the order was shipped while we were in lockdown!

Fast and efficient. In a word, perfect!

Excellent quality.
