Perfect order. I'm just disappointed to find that these are Chinese-made diapers that have been relabeled and sold for three times the price!

Very responsive and helpful customer service. They called me two hours after I placed my order to let me know that one item was out of stock.

The only small disappointment with my order is that I forgot one item, so I placed a second order and was charged shipping, even though the orders were only two minutes apart. Otherwise, fast and careful shipping. We'll see how good the quality is once we use them, when the baby arrives ;)

The site is pleasant and easy to use. However, I would have liked to find advice about problems you might encounter when starting out (care, leaks, etc.).

Very good diaper, I think. I had a leak on the sides after about 2.5 hours, but I’ll see after several washes whether the problem is fixed.

Very satisfied, except for the Oeko-Tex bamboo washable wipes, which I find extremely thin and would not have ordered if I had known beforehand.

The diapers are very pretty and seem to be good quality. The TE2 diapers with bamboo inserts are very practical. Fast delivery with no surprises.

The parcel arrived quickly. I was delighted to see there was no plastic packaging for the diapers and inserts! I ordered two STARTANDGO lots, TE1 and TE2. The TE1s are great and very soft. I’ll have to see how the TE2s perform in use, as the flaps inside seem a little large. The bamboo inserts are very soft; I’m less keen on the microfiber ones, which are rougher.

Pretty and practical diaper. The size is suitable for a 2-and-a-half-month-old baby who isn't very big. However, the snaps aren't practical; hook-and-loop fasteners would be easier to adjust on the baby.

I received very helpful advice via Messenger before placing my order. The person was very patient! The order was delivered very quickly and was as described. The products look great (nursing pads, TE2 diapers). Now I just need to try them out.
